6 phase Billet-Tech alternators offer more low RPM output than any other standard on the market, period. This unit features cutting edge 6 phase hairpin stator technology for incredible durability and high RPM stability. Instead of a single rectifier assembly, this unit features TWIN rectifiers and twice as many diodes to spread out the heat, and dramatically increase durability. This unit also uses 15% less horsepower per Kilowatt of energy produced, as compared to other popular brand alternators. If you have poor alternator charging performance at engine idle speeds, low voltage, or pre-mature alternator failure due to RPM or heat, a Billet-Tech alternator is the solution. sure was, as you said it was 100% fine to use. driving at 2000rpm it went from 15v down to 12v with 6 G31batts and 4 runs of wire off alt, amp was an AQ3500.1
The only 400 amp alternator we offered was for competition use only. Since then we have discontinued the 400 amp alternator. If one of our sales staff has told you that it was okay to use otherwise they were misinformed. We apologize if you were mislead in any way.

It is kinda IMPOSSIBLE to fix a problem if the alternator hasn't made it here. The problem with the alternator was an honest mistake Reed but I'm certain that you sir have NEVER made one
