Bought blown as an 18" basket was cracked when I got it so I reconed it to a 10" just to see how it performed, pulled it in order to recone to a 15" but bought 4 RD alpha V2 15's and a cadence zrs9000D prototype, now I need alts. 150$ plus actual shipping takes it. Old model punch 162s comps- I have everything to the set except 2 of the top mount rings for the tweeters. I have all 4 flush mount rings. Used but never abused 40$ plus shipping Check out my other for sale also, 16v batts and charger, sundown, more rockford. I'm about 400$ short of alts and batts and every little bit helps. Sundown Audio SAE 1200D v1 Pops all fuses at the amp upon turning on. Db-r said either bad power supply or outputs. 90$ repair fee. I'll let it go for 90$ plus shipping. Pics. Ground down the fleece layer some. 2 layeres, need to grind this and add one more in that large section to the left of the sub, didn't get it stretched quite tight enough. Also, I know that area looks shitty, the lay didn't go to well...didn't make it to the paint store in time so bondo resin it was. I also need to invest in a fiberglass roller. Heres what we did at work today. 1977 vette, 2 sets of kenwood 4x6's...one in the dash and one in the kicks. JVC headunit, and powerbass 10's with a powerbass 200.2 Interior is all original, paint was re-done recently.

Nah not yet, the re-cone and the 1200D will be last. I'm probably going to end up just getting a 1500D and using the 1200D for something else or sell it. The car is getting stripped of everything minus the dash at the end of the week or Monday. Starting with the body work and paint, then to interior and vinyle top, and then audio. Should be good though when it's done, most likely going to buy a gallon of primer, and order my Q-logic kicks Monday to start things off.

Just use the12volt.com box calculator and port calculator. All you have to do is accomidate for wood thickness and port displacement. I use those calculators first and then do things by hand to double check, which you really don't need to do because their calculators don't round up or down, it's exact measurements.

Ya I figured it will be fine sealed, ported spec is 1.25 cubes. And ya the boss has drifted away from box building and all that...he said he got tired of people talking and never coming back to actually get the box built.

2005 Frontier Pioneer DEH-P7100BT Kicker L7 10" (new style) Soundstream DTR 900.1 (2) Kenwood KFC683ie's Soooo I'm doing this on the side for a buddy of mine instead of at the shop I work at. My boss doesn't like doing fiberglass and won't agree with me on things so. Box is a little over 1 cubic foot right now, I might can squeeze a port in there somewhere...just depends on what it sounds like sealed. I main problem was the depth of the 10' this truck is a 4 door and there isn't any room at all. I had to unzip the seat cover to get to the metal bottom pan and beat it in. The drive shaft hump had to be molded with glass, along with the floor right below the magnet (you will see the hole in the picture where the subs magnet sits in) and to clear the rest of the seat because the pan is bent in now the top will be glassed.
