Here are some pics of it on.......my buddy was right though......about the detachable face it has to be on there right or the unit wants to shut itself off........I stuck a piece of folded up paper between the screen and the detachable face on the right side and it worked ok.........

Yes, I just talked to my buddy he says that the only thing that he say bad about the unit is that you have to make sure the detachable face is on securely or the buttons wont work.......he is a older guy I just think that he doesnt know what he is doing......he still calls it a "pull out" hahaha

I am getting rid of this for my buddy.......he works at a Chevy dealership and this came in on one of the trade ins........pulled it out and there was a problem with the cd/dvd ejecting so he went and had it repaired at a local shop (service tag is on it) and it works good. I saw it in his truck........he is getting rid of it because of other projects.......i.e. his camaro he has $150 into from the the repair place......comes with unit, brain, cords and main harness, cage..... the only thing missing from what I can see is the white RCA plug Shipping is NOT included nor is PAYPAL.......

Thanks guys but I kinda already knew that.......with the Rockford amps and the subsonic on the subsonic freq is set at 28 hz there is only a switch no adjustment on the subsonic freq........I did like someone said earlier and turned on the subsonic and turned the freq to 45....so my amps freq range is from 28 to 45........I have gain still set at 1/4 way up because the BTL's cant handle much more.........I know that a lot of people are pointing at the the amp settings but I dont think that is the problem........reason I had the Subsonic off was so that the subs could go lower than 28hz........Is it possible that the BTL's cant handle the power??????If so it tme for me to move on to a sub that can handle some power

My whole build is here on the forum......08 Trailblazer SS it is probably on page 5 or so.....but the box is 13.08 cubes tunes to 32.46 hz.......fiberglassed 45's.....braced with 1 1/4 round stock........the amps are 2000 bd's.......gains are 1/4..........freq is all the way down.....subsonic off.......360.2 is all the way down........pioneer 5700 sub output at 0.......freq at 80........i am open to ideas....

Also what is the best bang for the buck........LVL 4 with LVL 5 coils.......XL's or the LVL 5's...........

I have 2K on the BTL's and they cant handle it.......however upon getting the LVL 5's I will have 4K per sub.......

Hey guys I have 2 18 BTL's and I have to say that I am not all that happy with them......I was expecting a whole lot more than I have....so with that said I am contemplating 4 15 LVL 5's but wanted to know what everyone thought.....I also hear of everyone buying LVL 4's and having lvl 5 coils put in them.......just wondering why????? If I am correct I believe that the lvl 5's are 4" and the lvl 4's are 3"??????Thanks guys
