At the beginning you can keep something in mind or write it down on a paper, but with the time it becomes more and more complicated. Try to recall the result of measurements for system tested in specific conditions a week ago. Or to recollect in chronological order the values of sound system measurements of the car that was brought to your autosound workshop for regular set-up. Let alone the contests, where there can be 30 or 50 participants, and for each one accurate data of at least one measurement should be recorded. Program module Event-mode module is a Measuring Center for Windows add-on for recording measurement data. Keeping the customary interface of the programme, the add-on adds a variety of new features. All data is securely enciphered and protected from unauthorized changes. This add-on will answer the purposes of engineers at the sound equipment production, audiolab adjusters and autosound contest judges when holding contests. 6. Smart Voltmeter – digital car voltmeter Car voltmeter with protection feature Compact case Bright three-segment display Measuring voltage up to 18 Volt Three working modes Measurement speed up to quarter second Maximum or minimum peak hold mode Protection feature 3 ampere relay for controlling circuit Download Spl-Lab Smart Voltmeter - EN Description Spl-Lab Smart Voltmeter - is multifunctional digital car voltmeter. Although most of car electronics manufacturers state that their products have inbuilt protection from supply voltage sags or swells, in actual practice it turns out that not every, even expensive, amplifier is able to cope with this task. It means that another voltage overrun can end with expensive repairs or buying new unit. But if you add to your system an inexpensive device from Spl-Lab you can forget about such problems once and for all. Main functions of the Smart Voltmeter are the following: measuring exact characteristics of a car electric network voltage, analysing voltage sags and swells that appear in the operation process of car electronics, protection of electrical equipment of a car from breakage, possibility of flexible settings and easy use. The voltmeter can easily change data refresh speed on-screen (from once a second to once per quarter second), which allows excluding the unnecessary details or to making measurements with maximum possible accuracy. The device has three working modes that can be changed with just one button: voltmeter mode; voltmeter mode with sag and swell indication; voltmeter mode with sag and swell indication and protection feature. For indicating current mode there is a three-coloured LED. User can easily set permissible voltage range for setting the electrical equipment. In the sag and swell indication mode the car voltmeter displays current voltage and in case if the permitted range is overstepped, the voltmeter will inform the user about it by holding maximum or minimum value onscreen for evaluating the degree of sag or swell. In the protection mode in case if the permitted range is overstepped, the voltmeter will break the remote controlling circuit before user’s interference, and protect electrical equipment from breakage in doing so. It stands to mention that Smart Voltmeter is able to commutate the Remote controlling circuit with current up to 3 ampere, and by that to replace an additional relay in case of necessity Ergonomics Spl-Lab car voltmeter has compact case, including a three segment display, 4 control buttons, three coloured LED for indicating active working mode and slot for five contacts that has several variants of connection to the electric system of a car. The design of the device allows including it practically in any car interior. Functions Voltmeter mode - the device simply reflects current voltage values. The controlling circuit is closed. Voltmeter mode with sag and swell indication - the device displays and checks the value of measured voltage for correspondence with the range set in configuration. If the voltage oversteps the defined range, the device comes into the pick hold mode changing the value on-screen only in case if value becomes even lower (primary overswing on the range lower limit) or higher (primary overswing on the range upper limit). The controlling circuit is closed. LED and display start to blink until the Reset button is pressed. 18. Mini Bass Meter Sound pressure meter with voltmeter function Completely autonomous Bright display Frequency range from 20 to 120 Hz Amplitude range from 120 to 160 dB Measuring voltage from 1 to 20 volt* Calibrated according to TERM-LAB Classic and Magnum Updatable software Download Spl-Lab Mini Bass Meter - EN Video Description Spl-Lab Mini Bass Meter is a new device for measuring sound pressure and voltage. This device is, probably, the most compact SPL meter of those available on the market today. The uniqueness of this device is in its capability of simultaneously measuring sound pressure and voltage. At the same time, it is possible to capture sound pressure at the moment of reaching the highest SPL value. The measured signal can be provided by both industrial equipment and acoustic systems. The device is simple in use and does not require additional settings and calibration. It is enough to simply connect the device to a car cigarette lighter for measuring sound pressure and voltage. The device can be attached to the windshield of a car and the measurements taken while driving. The Mini Bass Meter is completely autonomous, which eliminates inaccurate readings. Ergonomics Spl-Lab Mini Bass Meter has a compact case, including a four segment display, 3 control buttons, Mini-USB slot for power supply and updating the firmware and an input for connecting to a cigarette lighter socket. The design of the device allows it to practically fit into any car interior. Functions Measuring sound pressure level (SPL) Measurement of current, maximum and minimum voltage Measuring the frequency of the peak spectrum composes Measuring voltage at the moment of reaching the highest SPL value Measuring the performance of home, car or concert speakers Speaker tune, such as subwoofers Noise measurement Preparation for caraudio competition for unlimited sound pressure (AMT, EMMA, dB Drag, IASCA, and others.)
