    Hi Steve,

a new user just a real fan from Germany and running a Frank Amp' in Stein 20 years ago on Batteries....

Have a fine solution as a cheap tipp for you from Germany. Use those Cisco power supplies designed to run 24/12 for five years! Those run the INTERNET! Buy them used....

Furthermore  I have a simple guide to "form" those not Mundorf cap's inside "old school Amp's after long storage. Please tell me where to put it...

Finally, If you wish i can send the fine Frank over for a real special treat and a aaargh against "chinesium" for Amp test Tuesday!

    • Location
      Germany
      • Interests
Clean Sound - no Bull*hit like Klipsch told the US and us Germans...

Plugged everything into Amp' s since I was a child. Running high output and low Impedance.
When I had a car i loved Phoenix Gold, so I bought a used Frank Amp' in Stein 20 years ago and put it into my house to chill my Tube Amp (12 x EL 43 running down into 2 Ohms, pure class A 550W on standby).

So I'm no Db Drag but an Audiophile one. Running 12" on my Amp and in front of it on vinyl just to play it slo_w;)
