I know this is old but I have the same problem. It hisses but when I lower gain it goes away . But low enough where no issues but low sound. Lol. It’s the coaxials. Don’t have issue with my components.

Hey guys I’m new here and I have a quick question. How do you use the dd-1 in tuning your amp if it runs more power than the speaker. If I tune it to where it right before it distorts, does it mean the amp is running clean at full power? My rears are 100 rms and my 4 Chan amp is 300 rms. Though it won’t distort its providing way more power to my coaxials can handle. Should I use ohms law instead and use a dmm? Thanks in advance !!!
