    Can i ground both amp and bass cap to the same. Chassis point?

      As long as the spot you choose is a good ground sure. Id even say its probably better to use a single point instead of separate ones. You can use a voltmeter to check your ground and make sure its a good spot check it out on youtube how to test ground location using a multimeter. You may need to purchase extended leads for your multimeter.
