  1. I have my 07 burban. Right now I want to get the floor around the cargo area, side rear panels, my front and rear doors, and the hatch door. All single layer of deadener for now. Since money is an issue at the moment I'm not gonna try and go doing the whole truck (rest of floors and roof) just those areas that need the most attention. So my question is how much (sq ft) will I need of second skin to cover the areas of my truck mentioned above? will 100 sqft be enough or would I need more?

  2. helll ya man. got the subs and everything playing today...voltage is staying stoooopid high!

What I think ima do is get rid of the wheels I have on their now (24"s, just bought 2 months ago new) and get some 24" Dub Dellusions and paint the car Pearl Apple Red...gotta finish the interior first.

Here is a pic of the floaters im lookin at:

I think if your gonna keep the ride hieght the same that you have in the pic then leave the current rims on. Something about slammed cars with deep lip rims on them that make them look just right. And besides, you see these floaters on bubbles (even though its a crown vic & not a caprice) all the time. Can't wait to see that bitch with the pearl apple red skin though.

  3. I want to apply that same theme to a 68 charger. I'm sure I'll piss off a lot of MOPAR purest, but fuck'em. They all have there cars and I'll eventually have mines. Now my co-worker has two 71 Barracudas and I'm trying to get him to go murder just like the Challenger above. But guy is dead set on Sassy Grass Green with the black hockey strips down the quarters. :nea:

  4. As an ex appliance repairman I always thought the Maytags were more hype than anything special. Give me a good old Kenmore or Whirlpool for the money anyday.

Dude, who do you think owns the Whirlpool company? That's right Maytag, so your Whirlpool unit is just a Maytag without the Maytag name on it. To the OP, that sucks the issues your having with your Maytags. Sounds like the repair-techs comming out to the house doesn't know what he/she is doing. Only suggest I would say is that with the next applicances you buy get a longer warranty than 1 year. My Maytag washer/drye & frig are on 5+ year warranties. The heating element for the dryer and turning motor for the washer are on 10 year Maytag warranties.

  5. its crazy ppl be acting like they aint neva seen sum one do that

No I know what ghost riding is, what I'm talking about is why in the hell would you do it in a crowded parking lot. You almost hit two cars doing that dumb shit. I think with all that money you've invested in your ride the least you would want to do is to make sure you don't fuck up your investment by putting it in netural and having it roll down a crowded parking lot. But your young though, one day when your a bit older you'll look back at that video and say to yourself "why in the fuck did I do this!"

On another note, I did look at some more of your videos with the sound system. For your air ride where did you put the tanks at? Do you have any plans to change out the Power Acoustik amps when you change subwoofers? Do you work at ABC Warehouse? I only ask that question cause I use to go there when I stayed up in MI.

  6. haven't been on here in a while just wanted to let everyone no I have some new vids that are on youtube. if ya'll could rate, comment and subscribe. Thanks.

I've only looked a a few of your vids. Haven't seen any of the system in action yet. I do like the bags and rims on the van, but those pin strips are not that appealing to me. I think in one of your vids you was talking about upgrading your subs since the strokers kept popping coils on ya, I would say look into DC's Level 5.

With that said, what in the blue hell were you doing here? :acute:

  7. What do you think about box sizes for an 18"? I know the recommended box size is 5.75 but I have also been told that may be a little big. Thinkin about doin 5.5 after displacement tuned to 32. Any other opinions, what are you guys runnin? thanks

I'm running around 5.3 cubes per 18 I have and it wangs pretty loudly. I think I'm at 5.3cft after displacement tuned to 33hz. Granted I have about 2k per sub but when I had the Autotek on them they still got loud. The kickers make them louder and sound a bit cleaner too.
