i say go with the Rockford amps there are good reliable amps. or go sundown. if your car peaks in the low 30's to mid i would tune to that.Best to tune to your cars resonance frequency to get the most out of your woofer at that specific frequency, and since yours is low your lucky! tune to 30hz and you wont be disappointed. Tuning does not matter that much, its more about the environment the woofer is in..
