I used that exact tablet everyday @ work... They are EXTREMELY STRONG, I mean its hard to understand how strong they are!! I've dropped mine from my ambulance, and strecher 100 times, and dropped it from Fire truck, hospital beds, you name it, I dropped it. Everything is still 100% on that tank. YOur paying like a 2000$ premium for the skull that thing has. Excellent build quality!

So here we have it... Another KID who thinks his "Custom" box is built perfectly, and also not willing to take constructive criticism. That box appears to have very little port area, and there are a ton of "Less Expensive" drivers out there that will get louder. This seems to be yet another N00B that thinks if it doesnt say "JL" on it, it is crap...
OP, you will have to consider redoing that box, clearly not to spec for a "REAL" driver, and there are plenty of great companies here that are sponsors or "Friends" of SMD that offer products that will be a great addition to your audio setup. Also, if you blew a L7 on only 1500w, I'll bet you anything in the world you CLIP CLIPITY, CLIP CLIP CLIP the hell out of it... Might want to consider learning how to tune an amp and not USE BASS BOOST... Just sayin 
Hell, I have a little 8" RE on 1 of my 2500d sundowns.... She is doing great, and never gets how/warm.... You never would have blown your driver if you didnt clip the shit out of it....
