no options. thats stock (except the motor was powdercoated) for info- go to www.tcsounds.com and look at the tc5200... all the specs, etc. are there! -

its an 18". motor is over 10" wide... that baskets is propritary to tc sounds (and is used on alot off diff. subs they designed and/or built (i.e. eclipse ti and ti pro, ground zero, etc) -

not true- they may have a few SMALL flaws. but they definatly care about the astetics (poor spelling, i know) i have a few pics of some refurbed rockfords if anyone would like to see them.... and 300 isnt going to get you a very big rockford power amp... even a refurb. -

just kind of an update....first off- its not in any way a trim piece.... its the topplate (part of the motor) now, i got the subs torn down, and their are some major diffs in them.... first- here are the finished motors... this is a coil out of an eclipse tipro (quad coil) notice how the ti pro coil fits in the silver motor no prob (room to spare, actually) however, it wont fit in the black motor (not enough room in the gap...)(Just for clairification- the Voice coils were the exact same between the 2 trf subs) and last, but not least- look at the venting in the motor- deeply vented on this one, and noton this one. not sure if any one cares, but i decided to post it anyway, lol -

maybe ill just leave them as ic (i.e.- no paint, etc) and not show off the motors.... sucks, though. anyone know if their is mechanical diff. between the 2? -

you dont think it would be noticable? what is the best to paint it with? any special kind of paint? -
hey all- bought some used woofers, they get shipped to me, open the boxes to find out that the motors are slightly different... 1st off, anyone know the diff. between the 2? 2nd- any idea of what i could do to "hide" this? wanting to show the motors off, but not like this! Thanks, guys... and a pic: and yes- the house is messy- were in the process of moving...

Have you checked the wiring? sounds like wires maybe touching?
