this is the box i had for my L7's http://caraudiofactory.com/20012007chevy-a...poly-p-270.html so you would recommend building a custom box? if i gotta do that i might just go all out on my avalanche and have somebody do some crazy shit to it because i have no know how/experience on buildint fiberglass boxes...and wouldnt have the patience for it. then ill just put the BTL's in my t-bird...but even then i would probably have to build a box...but it would be easier because i wouldnt need to fiberglass anything. i dont know yet....but the box you made for yours is nice as hell. i would want somethin like that for my truck...but i know nobody around here who would want to do it for me.

yeah thats basicly exactly what my box looked like for my L7's....it just had 2 seperate ports. but that kind of work is WAYY beyond my skill level, im a master at wiring...but box building i dont mess with yet....i just ordered a premade box from online for my old subs, i didnt build one. if i just bought a box from online for 2 12" round subs would that work just as good?

i just ordered my 12" BTL's yesterday and was wondering what would be the best way to have them facing in my truck. the last box i had with my L7's had the subs facing into the cab with ports in the front as well. but i was wondering if it would sound any different/better if i had the subs facing into the bed of the truck with the port facing inside the cab..? any suggestions will help though, thanks
