Just wondering if it was plausible lol. I have a very decent wow account on a pvp horde server with 2 70's and some other small characters including a 51 for a trade off in speakers..wasn't sure where to post this though... Since I don't have refs I was wanting to find someone who had some refs and then just give the account up front and put a little trust in them :-D.....open to offers...Just, will get into details in pms...but was looking for 2 15's of some type or an amp...like I said..open to offers in pms etc..

I know this is kind of a stupid question because it's up to me but just wanting to see if anyone has ever been strapped for cash and done it... I was thinking about putting up some business cards or something, maybe just straight posters up at the local highschools and a cd place for doing installs.. (no custom enclosures) since I don't have the gear to do that on a regular basis...but, just quote them a price on how much to install and for parts.. make about 50-100 an install...I mean, I can do it at half the cost the other places can because they have to charge so much... downside is I have to tell them upfront there is no warranty and that I don't have insurance to cover any mistake I make...i.e. shorting something out or something in the car goes wrong cause the kid plays it too loud and thinks he can get his money back... any chance this might have a little success..I showed my friends etc. my own installs/history with some pics etc and they seemed ok about it... Now most people can install their own crap but some people don't have any idea and there really is a little more to it than an average guy understands till he reads about it some more... I'm talking doing the work for them though not just installing...having them buy the parts through me and then installing it all for one price...seem like I could make money? p.s. try not to get too negative, just want constructive criticism..

No not drug dealers...regular shop dealers had to buy four 1/0 gauge connectors, paid 17$ and similar stores are the same price, I knew only audio places would sell them unless I got online and I was using them tonight... well, he really tried to like, work over on me, trying to sell me things lol. I was like I have amps, cause he offered me a 4k RF if I'm not mistaken and I didn't even ask him price cause I knew it was gonna be like 1.8 or so..I said I had 3k rms running in my car...a fib, I'm only running like 2500-2600...and I asked him what he had sub wise to fit that...alpine type x's...I lawled cause when I said used L7's he said the typ x's would walk all over them.. he took his words back quick and said well L7's are good on the low end etc etc. anyways...if I had been someone not used to buying car audio I probably would have bought them...just goes to show how they try and make bread on the uneducated..

Try to get some entry level re's on ebay...they are cheap and I'm sure hit pretty hard...or some old school Jl's, I don't mean old ones but new condition old ones...you can put like 3 or 4 jl wo's on that amp lol..they are like 200 rms a piece tops

If you got a heavily textured paint could you do like 2 coats of primer and then two or three coats of that kind of paint?

Not that I'm an expert or anything but, I think where ever the port is doesn't matter as long as it is tuned correctly.....it's just how air escapes...now if you had it like, right under the sub there would probably be a problem lol.. GL with it...and GL with weight lifting lol...

had that happen to me, a single thread of copper will keep it turned on if it's touching the remote...I was pissed but then sighed with relief when I realized that..

Maybe it is the settings you need to fix...such as turn the mids amp down, that way you can crank it, then slowly turn the bass knob up so more power is pushed towards the woofers... It's what I did, caused a much more, tighter and harder hitting bass...of course I still get more voltage drops but that will change soon gotta add that second batt........and big 3

Damn...hate how fuses are so important.....Hell I'm gonna have 1 fuse, that's before my amp lol...j/k think I'll order more for the big 3..........maybe hehe... Anyways, what are the two batts, are they identical, are they AGMS? it's explained in other threads...if they are the same batt don't know what's wrong... if they are not both AGMs and are both different that's probably a problem and i'd remove that back batt quick.....

Not to like snipe the thread..but, I'm running the same thing..BXI2607D 136 amp alt...2 kicker L7 15's.. yellowtop under the hood...Should I get a capacitor or stick wit getting an Hc800...aren't the kinetiks like MASSIVE capacitors..an 800 said it's the equivalant of 200 1 farad capacitors..
