  1. Up for sale is a Kicker KX800.4 that works 100% I have the original box and the instructions, the amp is 9/10 cosmetically. The amp cover has rubber on it from a previous owner ( Randy Kubek "assman") that just needs to be picked off and then the cover washed. The remote screw was stripped out so I used an aluminum screw the amp was never abused. i do not have the bass knob.I am asking 200 obo plus shipping.
  2. ktowndriftking does have his tire where his back seat "was" haha. for me it would suck to get a flat as i have no cell to call for help and pushing the box back would not workout cause i dont keep the special bit to takeout the back of the rear seat in the car. fuckit keep driving. stock rims are cheap.
  3. i got my box stuff figured out. i ended up doing it on my own.
  4. im gonna do a box thats 16 high and 35 wide but i dont know how deep its gonna be cause im not that good with the whole tuning and airspace stuff.
  5. ive talked to my person who knows all about the punch products. and i am gonna stick to my original plan. tomorrow im gonna remove the carpet in the trunk area and takeout the trunk lid tortion bars if it will give me 16" of clearance all the way back. ill post my results tomorrow.
  6. thanks. ok i will. yeah that is very true. im gonna mess with one sub in the mean time and go about differnt box styles. ill need more wood though!
  7. yeah im gonna do some more research then and talk to some people who have delt with these subs.
  8. i dont think i could even get away with that in the space ive got. im just gonna stick with 2.75 apiece. there will be maybe 350w per sub.

  11. thats what fosgate says per sub. they dont move much air at all. ive got a kicker 800.4 i plan on putting to the pair. for the first 5 1/2" of the box actualy. the sub goes down in diameter at 4 1/2" if i go subs up the trunk will go ape shit. i dont want the assend to rattle like a can. it is gonna move abit even with the subs and port into the cabin.
  12. the top of the box for the first 3 inchs can only be 16" then it will have to drop back down to 14. the trunk lid tortion bars are in the way for the rest of the box to be 16".
  13. thanks soo much. yeah id like to go the full width so that ive got more trunk space after the box. 5 cu ft would be the best. yeah id like the port in the center. that would be magnificent. thanks!
  14. what would you think the minimum height i could get away with would be? im thinking 16 3/4?
  15. thanks. yeah that would be too much for the subs. ill see how much more room i can get so the subs could be mounted forward. thanks once again.
  16. could someone help me out with a box design? perferibly drawn up in sketchup? the space ive got to work with is 2.75 cu ft apiece .25 speaker displacement 35 wide 14 tall 33 deep ontop 35 deep on bottom 34 hrz slot port subs forward but tilted back abit towards the top so the subs fit in the 14" ive got to work with. the subs are 15" so the face needs to be atleast 16 1/2" i beleive. like a big wedge box kinda. idk about the port. id like it to go thru the rear deck. but i wouldnt be able to slide the box in with the port sticking up. or the port could be between the subs on the face and could act like a center brace. thank you.
  17. thank you austin. things worked out pretty good. the situation was me being attacked by my gf's parents. and they pinned soem stuff on me that i would never do so i got arrested for 15 days.
