  1. I used peal and seal a few years ago on my S10. On the areas where I actually prepped it that shit stuck! Everywhere else fell off as soon as the summer heat hit. I have some fat mat that seems to be the same shit. If you prep right and don't mind the car smelling like a roofing kettle for a month then I say go for it.

I used great stuff on the quarters of my Hyundai and it mad a HUGE difference. I also used it to fill gap in the deck lid and id worked great! Shit can make a mess though.

  2. point is eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water and you dont/wont need "rehydratin drinks"

and when u drink booze drink water with it, or get drinks with ice and let it melt

remember sodium is used between ur neurons to facilitate the electrical impulse needed

hence the word electrolyte. Some of us get dehydrated because of the toll our jobs take. You can dring all the water you want but sometimes (like when it's 120 degrees) when out on a foot patrol you loose more then you intake, this is a good time to know how to rehydrate so your kidneys stay working so you don't die.

  3. DO NOT DRINK GATORADE

    it ONLY provides electrolytes.

you need to drink water. do not drink a ton of it though, or you can flood your cells and die.

..seriously.. i've "overdosed" on water before, and its no joke

None of these and you die. Drink too much water without any salt intake and you die. Gatorade can help you rehydrate, I have been pretty close to fucking my self up and a mix of oranges, salted crackers, gatorade and water had me feeling better, then the medic hit me with SALINE. Salt water and I was cool.

    YOU NEED SALT AND WATER

  4. For sale is an ESAB PCM-875 plasma cutter. It is a 1 or 3 phase 208-575 volts. I only used it 5 times in the last year in a half. This thing is for the guy who wants to be able to cut sheet metal or chop up a battle ship. Comes with all original literature and a "spare parts" kit with consumables. I am located in Sanford, NC and considering the weight of this thing will not ship unless arranged by the buyer. I am asking $1,800.00, of course money talks. Enough talk, here are some pics...
