120hz just adds information that's not really there. video cameras are 30fps and there's no way around that aspect of television. i don't understand why you would want to get the 120hz except maybe for a 6:6 24fps film pulldown, howver all the 120hz lcd's i used just murdered film when i tried to use their 120hz pulldown processing (but they were 6:4). -
i like db-r.com, chris is an authorized dealer as well as service center. his service is excellent and fast. as far as support goes you're not going to find a harder working, more accessible guy in the industry than jacob! (point/case he's replying in your thread)

Weight Loss

if she want's to lose fat she should just diet properly and exercise. if she exercises early, eats high carb breakfast (oatmeal + fruit + juice) and tapers off her carb intake by eating 5 additional small meals with decreasing carb intake and no carbs after 6pm she should be fine. an additional workout in the afternoon/evening wouldn't hurt. if she starves herself her bodyfat will rise and her muscle will deplete itself, making her look baggy and unhealthy. she's better off toning that 125 down to 117 or w/e rather than staving off ten pounds. if she just wants to starve herself she should just jump on the meth diet, i hear it works really well lol. -
word, thanks for all the answers guys! ironically i was just given a 1989 olds 98 as a project car, so in the next few months i might be needing a lot of power cheap. looks like md2s are the cheapest for clean reliable underrated power? is this what they should look like for ~$270?

hey i was thinking about getting a bolt action rifle, i was considering the ruger m77 hawkeye all weather. it is sub $500 and comes chambered in .308 which is the round i want. i was also looking at the nikon laser range finding scopes that are ~$1000. anyone have any experience with either of these products? input or suggestions welcome. This would be my first real rifle (not a 10/22) and scope combination. My goal is to learn to shoot accurately @ 200 yards+ I am partial to the ruger because i own a gp-141 .357 mag and it is VERY sturdy/reliable. I am also planning on getting the stainless p345 .45 auto. I am not new to handguns or shotguns but this will be an introductory rifle for me. thanks guys! -sean

they look pretty serious, how reliable are they?

they're holding only 3/4 the fuse rating of the sundown, have those claimed #'s been tested? you're talkin vs. for a savings of < 100.. i like though, they're cheap!

i just wanted to see what people think about the overall best value in entry level spl amps. when i weighed the cost, reliability, looks, performance, durability and flexibility i came up with two amps. refurbished sundown 1500 - $350 @ less than $0.23/watt new IA 20.1 - $509 @ less than $0.28/watt both amps are underrated so i'm being stingy on the actual price you pay per watt @ 1ohm

oops!

6-8 cu net @ 29-32hz w/ 120-160 sq in port.

hooray for *** shop, i see you added sundown amps to the repertoire too.

just noticed on *** that ia is having a massive sale for december. 20% off all LI's 25% off all DR's 30% off all DP's 25% off 20.1's here's the thread: http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...mp;#entry451914

yo earth, i'm caligreen on ***. i've got no income yet, been schooling full time after the corporation i was working for was sold and liquidated :01nocomment8so: i got some side jobs in the works though and major upgrades will come after new years, going to tear everything out and deaden the car. got some mechanical and electrical upgrades coming too. it's been a great car for the 120,000 miles i drove of the 180,000 miles on the car and it's in need of some love.

like he said make sure you can verify you're getting a signal from your rca output, then test the amp outputs to see if you're getting an output signal to the woofer and if the amp is working, if both of those work then you got woofer problems.

yeah this was my first system so i did not know how much port area i needed. i was more worried about getting 4 cu net @ 34hz in that space and i ended up with only 24 sq in of port it chuffs a little bit but it is only at high volume, it's so loud i cannot hear it inside the cabin over all the rattling. next step is deadener and i'm looking for a compact 30Ah+ batteries to stuff in the wheel well, maybe a powermaster 975 or 925. that aside it gets low enough for me and really loud. i really like what scott did to that sx motor, it's great.
