Your Alts are not constantly putting out 390A of current they only put that out when it is demanded. If your voltage is adjustable like you say then just drop it down a few tenths to he safe it wont hurt anything. Once you get your amps pulling juice bump it back up again.

The limiting factor for you is the charging system. Here, cone area will get you higher gains than power IMO. I'd say figure out how much space you have MAX first then figure out how much cone you can fit MAX. From there, choose your level accordingly. You may find three lvl3m2s or three lvl4m1s in a 12 will be most efficient. Or two lvl 4m2 15s on that amp. Doing another amp and woofer would be cool but your opening a whole new can of worms for an outcome that will HOPEFULLY be worth while.

The trick is doing a layer of polyfil then a layer of ice cubes between the fabric and woofer motors.

The easiest way to tell the m1 versions apart is by looking at the number of slugs in the motor. The four has two 1" slugs and the XL has three .75" slugs.

Big subs that take big power will have multiple tinsel leads.
Also that tiny wire run is only 3" long.
Doesnt take much when the run is so short.
Agreed it takes a lot less to move current 3"...

Chode I just saw your comment and hope you see this because its a hell of a lot easier posting here rather than YouTube. These are aura underhung motors, meaning they have a 4" coil but not a lvl 6 coil! And it is single 4ohm
