how can i make my internet faster?? right now, i'm going wireless and getting a signal from someone around me. however, it's a weak signal. i have NO signal but still have 11 mbps. my internet normally runs fine and pretty fast too but i just had it cleaned and now that i have it back and put the internet back on it, it's been running a bit slow. is there a way i can make it faster?? or do i just have to stick with what i have?? btw, don't say "get your own internet" or something like that. this is just temp until bills get caught up.

lol. well i haven't been back to his house and i'm busy all this week so it'll be this weekend or sometime next week. but yea, i used that as a dummy story. i'm just that sly kinda guy. lol

well i'm keeping the PSU i have and just using that because the roadmasters won't handle anymore. so i'm gonna keep the PSU and maybe just get a 3 channel amp. but it'll just be 1 PSU and 1 amp with 17 speakers. nothing THAT big but something that'll give me a bit of bass from the 2 8's and the 10 6's and clarity from the 5 tweeters.

FIXED IT!! i just had it cleaned and XP put on it again. got it all running again. thanks for the advice everyone.

AHHHH!!!! thats a bit too much. it'l be cheaper to get 2 8"s, 5 new sets roadmasters, and a new 3 channel amp. plus those 2 8's will sound pretty cool. plus i don't need it THAT loud for a setup. just something pretty loud.

How much are they? Because my room is loud as is so it may be cheaper to do my idea.

as i said before, i'm not gonna do that setup anymore. 10 roadmaster mids and 5 durabrand tweeters but i'll probably get 2 8" subs and hook those up too. i like my music loud. REALLY loud. lol.

problem, i've already done system restore and still nothing. and idk where the virus is. my treatfire deleted this virus but then it also deleted the explorer.exe key i needed. so now my taskbar and things won't come up. idk what to do. and i don't have the CD for vista. a friend of mine put it on for me so i may just have to take it back to him. but i kinda wanted to see if i could fix it myself first.

it's gone from my registry key. can i make a new explorer.exe registry key?? if so, how can i go about doing that? because that's all i need is my explorer.exe key. that's what has been messing up my computer and is causing the taskbar to not come up or anything else for that matter. so how can i go about recovering it??

does anyone know where i could go to get a good price on a paint job?? it'll be an 01' tahoe. hoping for black with red flakes. know anywhere??

yea, my friends dad has one because he does some speaker wiring and whatnot so i can use his. looks exactly like that. lol

lol. well, that's the thing, i'm NOT putting my system together yet. so i have a bit more time to learn all of these things and ask questions and hopefully people to help. and i know what OHM is. just wasn't sure what DMM is. however, i will probably need a DMM or something of the sort later on when i DO start to put it together.

ahh. okay. well i'm not so much worried about measuring anything. i just think a 200W amp will be good enough because i doubt i'll even use all 200W. i just need to figure out what amp to buy before i buy it.

POST PICS OR NO ONE WILL BELIEVE YOU! lol. i believe you man. i've never heard of them myself. pull them out of the box and hook them up. see how they sound and let me know. maybe i'll try and find me a pair. lol and excuse me for a minute, but i need to ask, why would i come on here and lie about seeing subwoofers?? WHY would i make up my own brand and ask if anyone has heard of them??? it doesn't make much seance to me.
