i just posted the same thread over on Pap copy/paste ??? what do yall think of oversized dust caps, i would think it would effect the performance of the sub, and affect the Sd as well, as the bottom of the sub is cone shaped and the surface would be drastically different ??? as well as oversized inverted dust caps please feel to post your thoughts ;D i have photoshoped out the Logo for obvious reasons sorry for thread jacking

Can you believe i finally got to meter the MOAB today ;D I got in the lane and they had the 30sec crapp going on and had a wackass burned cd none of the tracks were labled and only jumped in increments of 5. > i did the sweep and by the time i found the track with the tone my time was up > we only got 1 run... Rippoff but i did manage to get a 149.8db @ 5oHz ON THE DASH. :hairtrick:

Yes it is accuret as i checked it with my Wavetech DMM and it was Bang on... i got this out of desperation after my Stinger Digital volt meter went down for the second time... i sent it in for a new one but its like watching mud dry, waiting & waiting & waiting & awiting waiting & waiting waiting & waiting waiting & waiting waiting & waiting waiting & awiting but i digress, its easy to read & easy on the eyes @ night, matches the bule leds on the SAZ 3000d twins, and the blue from the Alpine 9887 best $20.oo iv ever spent, and i wasent using the smaller cup holder for anything anyway its too small for anything else

i was @ Harbor Freight and saw an analog Volt meter that bosted different color LED's for $19.99 so i got a lil help from Alan Hall and well minus 1 smaller cup holder later... 3/4" Mdf wrapped in Blk Vinyl heres the installed pic off on with motor off on with motor running different colors not bad for a cheep fixx, waiting for Stinger to replace my digital volt meter. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/disp...temnumber=98479

I got Stinger Tech on the Phone and they said it is a proplem they have been having and have recieved a new Batch from a NEW Vendor and will be shipping a REPLACEMENT unit to me ASAP ;D I love a Happy Ending

This is the 2nd one that has gone bad on me , the voltage display worked for a month or two then the display cuts out, works once then not the next, now all i have is the STINGER on & the # "5" that stays on even when the car is OFF ?

i have the Stinger volt meter and this is the 2nd one that has had the Display go BAD in less than 6months... > this is the POS in question @ 25.00 apiece this is BADD Bussiness i cannot seem to get a responce from the Company, they are iggnorring my calls I DO NOT RECOMEND them to anyone... > > >

Cortis Sloan, of Battery D, 4th Battalion, 27th Field Army Regiment, 1st Armored Division, was sentenced Tuesday night to seven years in prison, a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and reduction to E-1. He had faced a maximum of 25 years in confinement. Prosecutors Capt. Brad Crockett and Capt. Chris Anderson told a panel of jurors that after a night of drinking in May 2008, Sloan assaulted the girl in a Baumholder apartment. The girl, however, did not report the incident until two months later, when she was living with her grandparents in Oklahoma. The girl’s name is being withheld in accordance with Stars and Stripes’ policy not to name the victims of sexual assault. Investigators first approached Sloan when he was deployed in Iraq. He initially denied touching the girl sexually, but in two subsequent interviews admitted to fondling her, investigators said, each time providing new details about the incident. "He remembered that night because something significant had happened," Crockett said in his closing statement. "Something that was burned in his memory, something he couldn’t forget." It was these confessions in Iraq that Crockett asked the jury to ponder. Defense counselors Capt. Aaron Ralph and Capt. Allison McFeatters countered that Sloan’s confessions had been influenced by the Iraq investigators. Sloan signed three statements, McFeatters said, but none of these was typed by him, and all were taken after hours of questioning by investigators. Crockett pointed out that Sloan had made the confessions after waiving his right to silence, and even wrote on the sworn statement that the investigators had treated him fairly.
