Lol good friend of mine has a 1500 watt amp, not sure what one but its pushing 2 kicker cvr 15's in a green z71 - ported. Sounds good but the cvrs IMO dont do very well w/ anything lower than 25 hz none the less the glass is in a "wave" as well

Yeah i know that, but @ 2 rms the 3000 is only 1600 rms But w/ that being said.....that means only 1600 rms is being produced not the whole 3000 righT?

Alright guy's i've always been interested in "systems" and things regarding bass. I would love to have a system, but do not know what to get any help is appreciated! I do know i'd like to either have the FI BTL 15 (x2) or DC lvl4 15's (x2). The amp, well I want the 3000D but cash is kinda low so i'm debating whether to get 2 1500D's for the time being.
