i do have an alarm and keyless entry but i want something for when im inside a the car to lock or unlock both doors

my bad i dint know actuators could be used for something else, they are for locks and i can find switches easy but what kind should i use and how do i wire them? im completely lost on how to wire them

Because this is going in a camaro which require some custom work because i only got 1 1/2 din,and i was going to put an Eclipse AVN6610 but i really dint like it. My pioneer sounded better and everybody else thought so also. Nd I stay in north sac navi

Hi, i was wondering if anybody here has ever made their own bass knob or alternative. I bought a peice of rj-45 that was modified somehow and i dint need the bass knob, it was about 3 inches long and was obviously homemade. I just dont feel like paying $30-$50 each on ebay for a knob because i need like 5 of them.Any help or info will be appreciated. same thing happened to me just a few days ago, try a different amp because it ended up being my amp and i tried alot more than you did i even tried 4 different brand hu

really i thought it was pioneer or am i thinking of clarion?

try a different rca output on the hu just to see if it works, if not i would try another hu.

well theres no probs anymore i was just wondering what it was wondering at before. My bd1000.1 is bumping as harder then i remember now : )

Their 4ohms but i should have made it clear that the x is where they weren't connected also that i wanted to know what they where running when they weren't connected right. It would go into protect only after playing after hard bass notes. I thought it was because the diode. But i hooked everything up right now and its hitting hard no more probs.

I wanted to set it up for 1 ohm but i guess i dint crimp one of the wires right so this is how my set up was. (Look at pic.) so my amp kept going into protect so im just wondering what ohm was it running at.

I use to have a p8mp,p7700mp, and p860mp, all of did this because i got them second hand and this usually happens after someone pulls the rcas while the amp is on after that the fuse usually pop, i wrapped the wire on all the rcas because its always best to get the best ground you can for anything, just like when you ground your amplifier you scratch off the paint first to get the best ground so what if its an overkill.

Ok this if for all you pioneer HU users who are getting a very annoying alternator whine. Its most likely not your fault. Thats right its a manufacture defect. The internal ground is fused. When this fuse pops then good luck getting a ground. This will lead to that very annoying alternator noise.To solve this all you need to do is jerry-rig the ground. When I got my pioneer and was dissapointed with the noise. Sold it made a bill and bought a higher end premier. Same problem existed. I dealt with it and then sold the deck. I bought another high end premier with the same problem. My Alpine had no problem. So i was like this is not a coincidence. I googled it and found this pic.
