    i dont understand what the problem is? you are making it way to complicated, just glue or screw the copper bar to your box or a piece of wood and make sure it doesnt touch any metal on your body then call it DONE

    Subs forward at the bottom of the box port up in the middle. Tune it to 29 hz the jls are decent sounding woofers
