I was just wondering if any ones knows anything about these. They are supposed to be longer than stock to help on allignment issues but djm says to only use thme if you have the lowers also. Some people say it doent matter you can still use them. Any ideas. DJM CA2000U upper control arms 2001 tahoe.

I have a viper 5900 sst. It has damn good range and works great. The alarm is around 209.00 bypass for remote start is 40.00 and glass break sensor 25.00 plus if you have some one install it. I put mine in myself it took around 6 hours but never did it before. The easiest bypass is the DLPKGM it does a lot of the work for the alarm such as door locks and other things. It hooks straight to the OBD2 wire under the dash so they dont have to splice you wires at the ignition. So for a good system your looking at around 400.00 ish for someone to do it. The glass break sensor is good, it picks up almost any noise inside the truck. I left my cell phone in my truck one day my alarm kept going off didnt know why LOL. The phone kept setting it off. The Vipers and cliffords are the same exact alarms they both work great

That kit will work but it doesnt come with shocks or sway bar spacer, you will need shocks to keep the springs from falling out when truck is jacked up, I got my ground force kit on jegs, for about 450.00. That is about a 100.00 less than any other place I found. Truck actually rides smoother with the drop on it. It is the Ground Force 9917 Kit.
