I have ordered a few things from woofers, but personally i have been going with techronics.com cheaper than woofers and always comes fast, BUT i would call 1st to make sure what they have on the internet is in stock. Cuz my friend bought a t-500-1 and they called him a day later saying they were out of stock.
  2. OK so the guys at the shop got it pulled through the bottem and rethreaded it. So you can lock this

  4. i tried that and broke the bit that was prying it. I just want to get it out i dont care if i need to get another screw.
  5. Without Stripping the thread how would you get the 1/0 guage ground bolt out of the hole. I cant move it, thats why i couldnt finish my little install. i have tried wd-40, but it didnt seem to help. it looks like it is jammed in, which i didnt do. so any suggestions?

  7. so pretty much soldering takes time and practice to get the hang of it. ill get a torch soon then, i do have some menards gift cards from christmas still, but used most of them for my mdf
  8. yeah i bought a soldering gun, but i saw meades vids and he was using this big ass torch. so i was just wondering, cuz i am just getting 0 guage and i wanted to do them right, and tried soldering them with the gun and it clumped up and did not look like that video. so i was just wondering and i appriciate it, and so i should crimp and then solder right?

  14. Can i use my seatbelt screw as a ground? its attached to a metal piece that goes to chassis
  15. ok well i had the original harness all crimpped into the aftermarket one and it didnt work,so thats why im wondering. i just want my shit to work my dash is taken apart, and i dont know why it wont work. A bad Ground? idk
  16. what is it called exactly so i can ask, i understand what your saying cuz when i open my door with the car off the cd player turns off, do i have to have this to use the cd player at all cuz i dont really care about that feature i just want something i can use to mess with my subs?

  18. what is that other small harness thing cuz i have a thing where that'll plug into, but i dont know what is for. and how does that plug into my cd player cuz i had all the wires from the cd player connected with crimps, but i know there is another plug where that small thing can go. and where can i get one of those?

  20. no factory subwoofer, i dont know that, but i have the standard trim. if that helps at all.
  21. Its a 2008 ford focus, yes i had the aftermarket harness.
  22. For me the power is the yellow wire and the ignition is the red, but how do i check the 12v?

  24. New Pioneer DEH-p5000ub, i wired with the harness and the wires that came with the pioneer, wrote all the matching wires down, crimped them grounded the right wires plugged in my cd player and just didnt turn on at all. any suggestions? i checked the fuse to the radio already.
  25. so wire both voice coils into one channel? and the sub will get about 550 watts
