There are ways but it costs money. There isn't much sensitive here. No PII. No financial. It doesn't make much sense to try to go to a mfa approach. You could do soft tokens but they run about 25 bucks a user enterprise cost. That's just for the token and not support cost. There are plenty of tech savvy people who are too dumb to use them too. Our service desk runs about 75 calls a week for help on them.
