Time for a fresh look ric.
Not saying you look like shit, just that now is the time to make the changes you want.
Ive been there, take it from me. It will pay 10 fold.
Feel free to look at my remodel pics, also other cool shops to get ideas from.
Jml audio in st.louis
Sonus car audio in clarksville TN
Those are a few very nice shops.
Great ideas.
And good luck on your RELO.
JML audio? Is that in Fenton? Right before the bridge to Illinois? Think if it is the same one, I went to a show there a while back. By a hotel if I recall. (from STL)
On topic: Congrats Ric. Lots of new moves lately!

Skar SK-4500 should be inbound by Monday or Tuesday, along with 2 sets of comps. =)

Yea, I had to make do. A little fiberglassing to re-enforce.
Mali, your in box is full.
-
Trade that XA3000 and some cash for one?
And is it sealed?
Mali, I'll send you a pm. Yep sealed. 1.75 each (after displacement). I was waiting for that lol. Went that route to keep the back seats...for now. Damn kids haha. I love selaed boxes though. I still have some wire cleanup and vacuuming amongst other things.

A little update:
some trim pieces done
Trying to figure out what to do for trim around the seat belt..bah. Oh and my Power bass xa-3000 is being replaced. Wish I could afford the Skar 4500 lol. Also, Skar comps will be ordered soon too.

Ahhh the good ole Lou! Shit, you should have known better. You hide everything when you walk away for 2 seconds. I miss home...lol
You know what would make it better? Pics of said GF. =)

Meh, It's 'ok'.
I do envy your skills man. Some have the know how, some have the creative aspect of it, while very few have both. I only have a little of each lol.

Uhh... Isn't posting this under a different name, kinda like talking about them behind their backs?

At least you're that far. The Baltimore office is slow! I submitted mine mid Feb of 2011 and it's still showing the gathering evidence. It's been like that since May of last year lol. Been to the VA hospital and that was Sept of last year. The expect mine to be done (according to VA Eben) will be done by July 24th...lol. But yep. the retro pay will be nice. Never had any issues with the GI bill though. =)

___ old equipment list ___
sub amp.. memphis mcd2500d wired at 1ohm
and gave up. I'm trying to figure out on how you wire your amp to any impedance load.
you don't... you can switch impediance by channeling your subs... by series or parralel channeling your subs you change theire impediance ergo they let your amp give power at an other impediance...
for example:
a DVC sub @ 2x2ohm put in series give 4ohm... (+1 to -2 then -1 & +2 to amp)
a DVC sub @ 2x2ohm put in parralel gives 1ohm (+1 to +2 & -1 to -2 then wire thru to your amp)
(if i made a mistake feel free to correct me but this is how i do it)
peace
I know. I was messing with him. It's listed in his sig.

then look at what the spec sheet says it draws.. simple as that.. derrrrrr my sub amp aint fused either..doesnt mean it dont need a fuse
My amp doesn't come fused, so now what?well i fuse for what my amps draw and my alternator output.. if u guys think thats fine sure go for it.. but ive seen many people around here.. literally melt the amp before the fuse went..and if they would have went with a proper size fuse it wouldnt have happened.. so its like this.. if you guys got say 0g wire..and only using a amp that draws 80amps.. ur still going to put that 250 amp fuse in? like i said that amp will NEVER trip that fuse unless a complete dead short happens.. (theres a reason why manufacturs include a fuse suited for that amp) they sure dont give you a 300 amp fuse with a amp that draws 80I had something typed out, but then saw this:

Sorry or not, you started a thread which cause people to sign up here and possibly cause unneeded drama due to two idiots. Honestly, I'm shocked N8 or no one else perma banned you and the idiot who linked smd on that chat service.
You both even acted shitty towards C-fiz in the beginning...

A little surprise that most will question, but...well yea. lol
I'm interested to see how it does. Doubt I ever put it on the meter, but hair tricks is a must and pretty much my only purpose....I hope!
we should be friends, that is the same mentality i have cant wait to see it up and playing
I cant wait either lol. I want to hear yours man. It was what got me going with my original idea. Had 2 18 Fi BTLs FL with 2 PB 3000Ds and was going to wall it behind the front seats...got overruled lol. Damn kids haha.

Teaser..
Although I had to make it fit a little. Nothing a little glassing can't take care of, cause glassing makes you loud, instantly.
-
yes that is what I am saying tooLike this, but flip the box around to face it all forward.LoL. I thought so, but tired and wasn't sure.
I'd like your post, but I am unable to like posts.
-
well that makes life easier then put it in subs facing front on bottom and seal it off
Like this, but flip the box around to face it all forward.
-
If you insist on keeping the box that big, face subs and port forward. You can still use the same box. A little cutting, but still possible if the top isn't on. Put the subs above the port, turn box around and port on top. Basically, the open top now becomes bottom.
Even cutting 6" off the top still doesn't help your port issue facing back and the box blocking everything.

OK, I'm a space geek (considering I have worked with satellites for MANY years now), but they were almost to exited. lol. It's nice to see your hard work come to life, but umm, I think she came.

Actually no it isn't Ken. Been busy at work, so I haven't had time to reply. Work 12s and haven't had but one off day in a month and only have this Saturday off until the end of the first week of June..sucks when someone gets deployed and you have to cover for them lol.
I got a reply back from the guy a couple days ago, but sent him another message today asking if it was still on. It's been a couple days since I heard from him. Asked where to meet and haven't heard anything. Ken, if I dont hear anything by the morning, it's yours if interested.
