just ground the wire on a bolt under the dash works fine for me

sometimes with the hifonics amp if the remote line is not tighten all the way or some of the insulation is touching the remote hold down down screw they wont work i know it has nothing to do with sub output but my buddy has one and thats what was happening. Also make sure impendce is correct or you will burn up the speaker out put like i did my with 1608

Soundstream Tarantula TRX1500D good realiable 1 ohm stable wont smoke out at .7 if had to run there? Also herd that they dont like 2 ohm for some reason?

Well been looking around found some Soundstream Picasso series amp for a good price and there new line this year. I was looking at the PCX1500D and the PCX2000D anyone have any experience with them? Think it will be a good reliable amp?

Hmm well it was pretty basic here in CAD for him to import it just hired and importer here and they brought the car over for him.

Im not sure on importing rules in the U.S but here in CAD the vehical has to be 15yrs or older so that would be anything 94 and down and it doesnt cost anymore to register it. It cost him $5000 for the car $3000 for importing and transport to his house and we live in alberta and it was delivered to vancouver. If you look around on that website there is great deals.

when they were in the box i thought the one that works was blown so i would push on the cone to hear for scratching on the other sub wouldn't move im pretty positive it worked should i try putting them back in orig. back and play them to see if it moves?

i have mine sub up port up passenger side, havent tried both forward but i know my rear wall+windows in the rear flex like a bitch and the passenger side sounds less bassy then drivers side but moves a lot of air still and i got windshield felx of 1100wrms

yeah they were wired down to 2 ohm each SVC 4 ohms and shared one chamber with a rear slot port that came out the passenger side

sub was definitely working before seen it moving the night of. And ive tried touching the dmm on the tinsels and still nothing and they weren't stored in the box the night i got my FI i took them out of box and they sat in my room. the only thing i can think of is when i was taking it out it had gay interlocking clips on the end of the wires that connected it to the boxes terminals and i just yanked them out but terminal and tinsels look 100%

So when i got my FI i took out my old mtx 10's out of there box and ever since i took the one out it wont work at all the other one is perfect the both SVC 4ohms the run reads 4 ohm exactly and the other wont even get a reading? everything phyically looks intact aswell?

I would say loose the cap all together and get your self another batt. Caps are really just fancy looking volt meters
