If you do not have room 4 a bigger box or dual 4 inch aeros then go with more power I was just trying to suggest the cheapest way out 4 you .I have installed a couple of those amps and they are goodamps it will put out a 1000 watts with less than idea electrical upgrades so it ain't no slouch.

U said 1 3 inch port not nearly enough I would use atleast 2 4 inch aeros maybe 3 or a good ol slot port with rounded edges.

Ok quick lesson here we go with that same amp I can blow a level5 or without clipping in the right box with thesubsonic set right I can bump 20000 watts 2 it it all depends on the install if you are just using it daily I would keep that amp but toss that boxand build yourself a more efficient box which would be like doubling or trippling the power try around 2.5 or3 cubic ft with about 48 square inches of port tuned to 32 hertz set the gains properly and make sure you set your subsonic to 32 hertz and you will not need any more power than you have now.

I will be burping at 52 hertz and the box mods include a loading wall inside the box 45s and rounding the port edges better then they were.

Ok best so Far is a 157.1 with 1 level 5 18 and 2 powerbass 5000s it will be metered on a termlab mic in the kick however I have switched the box around a bit so could go either way . Also the vehicle is a big body 95 fleetwood system is in the trunk .

This coming Sunday is tbp finals what is everyones predictions for what the caddy will hit the winner will get 20 bucks deposited in his paypal account let the guessing begin I will post the score sundaynight.

It's your call but remember more subs does not always equal louder I had 1 15 in my caddy tuned to 32 hertz firing backwards that would burp a 149 and play that loud daily off of 2000 watts and it was knocking the car apart. Then I went with 2 15s in a smaller box and lost so go figure.

I would do 1 18 sub up port back with 1 amp either leave out the back 6x8s or make a port thru the rear deck for the bass 2 come thru atleast that design works well in grand marquis which I believe is the same style trunk also tune 2 32 hertz 18s already want 2 play low plus with a bigger box it will peak closer 2 tuning.

If I can do it in the caddy I don't know why he couldn't in that little car as long as he knows what he is doing and has the power to back it up.

That poor sub looks brutal though oh btw how is the stetsom working out they say the 3rd times a charm.

Man and I thought I was rough with my level 5 nice excursion by the way.

Yeah I guess it is the egg shape of the car but his is the only car that I have seen that the score is almost the same on the dash or the kick even I loose 2.4 going from the kick to the dash.

It is partially my fault I was suppose to get the score from the dash 2 but I was so excited by my own score I forgot to do it at the next show we will have scores from the dash 2 and we will use both the daily box and the spl box.
