So you told care about having the correct amount port??? It doesn't matter if you compete or not, if you dont have enough room for the proper port area then go with less subs and the proper port area.

Actually his minimum should be 153.66 sq inches of port if you want to run 5 LVL 3 10s tuned to 34 hertz. 20 cubes after all displacement with that much power, and at least 446.67 sq inches of port if you want to tune to 28 hertz. If you don't have enough room for that much port then go with less woofers. The port is not determined by volume it is determined by the xmax of the woofer you are using, there for the basic rule of thumb 12-16 sq inches of port is incorrect. Well since we have had very few people say they are actually going to come out it is just going to be a test and tune. $15 will give you as many times as you want to get metered and try different things to raise your score. $5 of the $15 you pay will be donated to the boys and girls club.

There it a product from a company called Audio Technix that will be here hopefully with in a month, and it will be around the same price as fatmat with no smell and it will work a lot better. Also you wont have to use a heat gun to apply it.
