Alright so I have two Orion D5000's that I bought new, If you are familiar with these amps they have 4 4ga power terminals, 2 positive and 2 negative. Also the fuse holder is external from the amp, its a ANL type fuse holder and it is 4ga also, My question is, how do I wire the fuse? Should I put the fuse on one of the positive wires and and one of them will be straight through and the other one fused? It's confusing because I would think that for protection you would want the whole positive power feed fused and not just one of the power leads because if there was any kind of electrical fault/failure you would want the fuse to burn, but if I use the config I stated above, there will still be a power feed even if the fuse were to burn. Let me know what you guys think.

Sounds like a good deal dude, But I really want 18's. They don't have to be Fi BTL's if someone has some DCs or DDs for sale or something, I just want eighteens...

I would say don't give up one of your passions because something goes wrong, sell what still works and get the lvl 4's. You might be able to recone the L7's, I'm not sure if Kicker offers recone kits.

I've only gotten one speeding ticket, 75 in a 35 zone and for weaving. Ticket cost me about 310. My worst speeding encounter was about 6 in the morning with a clear mile of road and dude that cut me off from passing two minutes before that, two lane merges into four lane and I floor it past him and he decides i want to race so I'm like fxck it lets do this and we get up to to mid 120's on the flat and the guys starts weaving so i get behind him because I may be stupid but I don't want a fxcked up car from a retard racer dude, next thing I know we pass a big apartment building and there's a cop sitting there on the other side doing speed checks I look down and Im doing like between 115 and 120 as soon as I pass some trees I slam the brakes on, I look back to see the cop coming up pretty fast so I'm like shit so I slow down to pull over and the freaken cop changes lanes and keeps on going, I'm like WTF. So I keep going (really slowly lol) and about a quarter mile or so down the road the dude i was racing with is pulled over and the cops writing a ticket, I stroll past hoping he doesn't recognize me (trust me i didn't need a speeding ticket, like anyone does haha) and i get about five minutes away and I calm down alittle and all was good, no ticket I'm sure the guy was going mid 120's when he got caught, I'm lucky the cop passed me up.

Last time I calculated I had 21 cu. ft. in the trunk, I'll do a final measurement after I get more sealed off, I'm going to the shop to work soon here, Ill get some more pic's. I've got a 16'' by 6'' port through the rear deck, I cut a 4' wide hole in the rear deck and bolted and glassed MDF in there. I'll be baffling the area behind the seats, like Steve's build for the civic before the rebuild. The trunk is really big on the 03 accord. Anybody have a phone number for Fi? I need to get hold of those guys, They're not replying to my emails.
