dB-r is a great reputable place, I've had amps repaired there before, they are a authorized Sundown Dealer, so they are "legit".

If it says new, it is new. Also I have one of those 1200D's, it puts out over 1400wrms at 14.4volts and it's a good quality amp, definitely recommend it, even over the AQ. I highly doubt you'll be disappointed if you get the Sundown.
