Ok so im pushing my 10" bl fully loaded with a 1606d hifoncs amp.. it never ever gets hot nore does the cone,, just luke warm... so would it be kool to run a 2000 watt hifoncs amp to it, ? seem like id get more punch out of it if its not even being worked?

Im real big on respect and iv seen how he talks and treats his own people around him friends and what not ... and theres no respect there. so i cant see past that and i just dont listen to his junk..

well i honestly dont know what to tune them to, but consider this, ill have 2000 watts going to each sub in a small trunk, in a small car what do you think? also because i have very little room i wounder if i should try to use to boxes and brace them to each other once there in... ill make some pics in a few mins look for them.,. fi's site says this,..Ported box: .5-1.2 cuft @ 30-37Hz

Question,.. Does it matter at all are far as getting the max spl out of a premade box... buy a center vented box, ... or a box that has the vent on the front face still,.. but on the side... ill use 2 subs also..

I was told that hifonics was sold and that there 2009 new line of amps are better then the same model of the older style amps?... any truth to this.. iv seen the 2009 models new look.. the older 2008 black models and the 2008 silver models whats the deal any difference, because the prices sure are..

if interested I have a Hifonics 1606D-with remote bass knob, Also it comes with a warranty that's good until 11-19-2010 Pm me if interested im moving up to a bigger amp, O,.. and it only powered a 10" sub so I didnt work it to death...

iv looked around and seen most stock alt's for your car are 102 amps

what is your audio and video set up? toss the duralast, get a kinetik battyey maybe a hc1800 or anything better whatever your using,.. will suck power from the battery FIRST then the ALT will have to make the power and charge the battery back,.. based on what you have and how you use your system you can drain any battery down fast enough and the STOCK alt can not keep up, and it will always play catch up to keep the battery charged best at some point to get a good alt, and do a big 3 upgrade to help increase the volts id pass on the cap, use that money and save for a alt.. dont take short cuts and do it all in steps or youll pay in the end

yeah i mean with anyone i dont wanna spend a ton, at the same time i have to consider what level of abuse ill put on the amp, i dont intend to do spl contest ever week just once a month, but i want the amp to last, and i need a good warrenty. and im stull unsure if i need one big amp or get the same one i have...

So im runing a 1606d hifonics amp to 1 sub, and ill be adding 1 more sub soon. so im thinking i should just get one big amp,....... or just buy another 1606d ? please list make and models or good amp... mind you my 1606d dont even push my sub to its limit. may need more power..
