ok well i bought a RF 300x4 locally,fits right in my passenger compartment,looked up a lot of marine speakers and most of them ar 6.5inch and up. and i tested this 3 1/2 inch speaker which is about 2'' deep and it fits good,i can prolly fit a 4-5.25 inch speaker. so ima hit up a shop today to see what fits and what doesnt. everythings hooked up but i still need good sounding speakers and a smaller line driver to increase my voltage output,portable MP3s dont have any V output which would force me to have the gain high/volume max and still not be loud enough,while making the amp run hotter,speakers/signal distorted/clipping (all bad)

Im looking for a Smaller line driver to boost my Voltage output,for example http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_13857_Phoenix-Gold-TLD22.html im also looking for some 4-5 inch speakers(in need of 2 sets),want some that can handle around 80rms each. i have a BNIB never used CDT626 6.5 component set to trade off,would use them but wont fit,need smaller speakers,if interested ill post a pic with a screenname/date also have a kicker zx750.1 and an alpine 4ch,dont know which one but will post the model number if anyones interested. shipping to me would be 92551

marine speakers are teh ugly nice find on that little Rockford amp!im sure its way better then the ones i was going to pick out.that one actually has settings,and the small amps at cycle sounds doesnt.

so i need a set of 4'' speakers,im thinking that ima go with coaxils,and on top of that i will need a set of tweeters. and id rather piece my own system together rather then buy a 399+tax set which prolly wont be as loud. "the sound of chrome" or the unique cycle sounds sportbikes system dont seem to be apealing for the price. need advice on which brand,model etc,which tweeters.ive seen it done with hertz speakers on different bikes. ive heard good things on crescendo and selenium tweets but never actually used them. i might be going with 1 or 2 motorcycle amps since they fit under the seat or under the passenger compartment,and are low draw amps. unless someone has any suggestions? if anyone has motorcycle audio experience let me know..this is going on a sportsbike not a harley or cruiser. -thanks again
