I love the way the xxx's sound. If you just want loud mids and highs, get the pwx.
If you want a good sounding comp set, go with the xxx
Anything comparable to the XXX's for a little less? I don't mind spending the money, but I just don't wanna waste it either!

I figured. I just haven't gotten to hear either in person and I'm looking more for a good punchy midbass with an emphasis on SQ.

"Dash doesnt require you to learn a new interface to use the stereo"
Do they think people are genuinely retarded?
People aren't? ha ha. Yeah, my wife would love this and genuinely retarded about stereos!

im not sticking that ugly thing in my dash
Always love your candor, n8. ha ha. I thought it wasn't bad. Just needs some tweaks and better faceplate, IMO.

I would say get the pro strength 3m spray contact adhesive ... That's what I use on some of my LLP and it worked good
Did you spray just the metal or the metal and LLP to adhere them together??
-
Luxury Liner Pro. It's mass loaded vinyl from Second Skin.

I'm assuming a headliner and carpet adhesive wouldn't work.

Which adhesive do ya'll recommend? It was backordered for a while, but I got it today by surprise. So, I want to install it tomorrow. Any thing else from O' Reilly's, Advanced or AutoZone that would work in place of the Second Skin contact adhesive?
Thanks for all the help, guys.

Are you pressure fitting your speaker grille in place or did I miss something? Amazingly clean build, man. Always an inspiration.

I say do it. I've been wanting to see some of the Obsidian's moving massive air. I bet six 18's would be mindblowing!! DO IT!!!

Ordered. I was just asking because it said it wasn't available until probably friday. So, I was curious as to when it would ship out. Talked to Max. Can't wait to put the LLP in my truck. Thanks for the fast responses guys.

If I order today, when will it ship out? And do ya'll have a coupon code for it? I'm gonna order 36ft. of it.

No videos today, but I did apply a double layer of Dynamat Xtreme to my roof. Now, I just gotta do my floor with a couple layers and some DynaPad and I'll have a good solid interior.
Releasing the headliner. (Geez, I forgot how fun this was! Haven't done anything with a headliner in years.)
The back
First layer
Second
That roof thuds now. No more ringing/pinging.

I watched the video and felt so inclined to go and sound deaden my roof. Had a box of Dynamat Xtreme laying around and decided to double layer the roof of my Colorado. It is SOLID now! So, thanks for making me realize I needed to get off my ass and stop that flex.
So...when are those door speakers coming in?
-
I don't but I was thinking of making some tomorrow. So, I'll try and get some uploaded.

Damn. Fuckin' tease us with those mids and highs, bastard! ha ha.

I've just now got to install the second pair of sa-10's and LOVE THEM. I got the box built and these things are beasts!!! I had to add more highs, because they were so loud. I've surprised many people already with how low and hard they hit. Makes me think of possible going to six subs. ha ha!! Thanks Sundown for making me act like a crackhead for your subs.

I need a ported box design for two SA-8 v2's. Anybody know where I can find one? Or just know what port length I should use?
