David can you unban him for now? That will only make the problem worse I think. I will give him a few more days giving him the benefit of the doubt that he could still be in the hospital or maybe it did get shipped the next day and he just hasn't let me know. I say give him until Sunday if possible?

I want to know what this "Premium" Buyer protection policy is. They told me that I won the claim but I wouldn't get a refund all because I didn't have the "Premium" Buyer protection and because he didn't have funds. If he had funds I would have but if I had the "Premium" protection then I would get my money back either way.

Yeah I am watching his account to see if he logs in. I sent him a message that same day but didn't get a response from him.

I didn't mean it to sound that way. I just planned on going up to either get a refund or my headunit. Especially since I will be in the area this weekend possibly.

Well I figured I would wait and see. No contact since the 4th and this is the last PM. I just ask to know what's going on. This PM was sent to me on the 4th. "Hey dude I got in a car accident. I'm on my blackberry right now. I'm so sorry I haven't gotten to ship your head unit out. I'm leaving the hospital tomorrow. Ill definitely be on the computer and fix this situation. Once again, I'm sorry."

I personally just want a refund now. Don't even care for the HU as I am selling the vehicle soon so don't need the HU and need funds for a new vehicle. I also contacted the local police about this. For those of you that might be wondering why I am making such a big deal out of $225, it is because I am only 16. I pay for EVERYTHING I get and when its my hard earned money and then I get ripped off I get pissed and I'm gonna get to the bottom of it any way that I can.

Well he contacted me and said he got in an accident and was in the hospital. He messaged me on his BlackBerry. He said he was getting out the next day and he would ship it then. I gave him my house and cell phone number and to call me as soon as he shipped it. No call and no contact from him. My claim went through but he already took the money out and can't refund me anything as he has nothing in his account. SplPhreak whats going on man!?

Give it a few days man!!! I waited over a week before I filed a PP claim and then almost a week later I get a message from the guy and he was in an accident and in the hospital. Just give it some time man....

Yeah man I race. I race a HPI Savage and a Losi XXX-T stadium truck. Just got back from the No Limit RC World Finals at Dennis Anderson's hous (Grave Digger driver!) and took 3rd place out of 120 big blocks. Sad thing is that I had the final race (1st or 2nd) and had to forfeit because the guy that got my truck cut it off and the final race was right after since I won. Well my motor was hot so it didn't want to restart..

Yeah I hope I get my money back and that he didn't get the money then get it sent straight to his account. Not sure how PP actually does claims but we will find out. He never responded to the dispute and hasn't responded to the claim either. No proof of shipping or contact. I have all the PM's also

Still no word from him. Filed a PP dispute and if it goes unanswered then a claim.

Why not email him ONCE and get the prices for ALL the subs and ALL the sizes. Better than keep on PM'ing him for a price for different sizes and different subs.
