    the amp is runnin at 2 ohms and does get pretty hot but hasnt shut down om me yet either. picked it up for like 130 and i think its worth the loot. not a ton of power like others have ha but i like it for what im runnin....for now ha. time goes on it seems like i need more. as for local shops im not really too sure whats around down there anymore but for something like that(if online shoppin aint a option) i only lived a few min from mach 1 in lil canada area. its down on rice street and they have changed many many time since i was a kid goin there for the first time. they have alot of higher end names and that too like kicker, clarion, eclipse etc. there are a couple more too but rumor has it some closed, some relocated or changed the name. hell i dont know of 1 up here lol well 1 in duluth but never been there.

    I've always been more partial to cow graffiti than cow tippin myself.

    ha done that in stillwater as trouble growin up. well not on cows lol. so what does a cheese head (J/K) like your self have for sounds? just wonderin cuz it seems like peopl have dif stuff in dif locations. alot of big retail electronics stores is what my bro and people i grew up with get their stuff but i was one to be cheap and hit pawnshops, but now im not around any decent ones and been findin all my stuff online. i have kids too so i got nothin big just some MB quarts upfront, stock 6x9s, 8 gauge (for now), 12" mtx 7500 in a 2cu ported box i made up til its warmer and its bein pushed by a kenwood KAC-8104D mono amp 500 rms. works for me but been thinkin about steepin up to a single Fi 12, not sure but thinkin either a ssd or Q depending how funds are when the time comes

    is it cuz all the cheese got ya a little constipated and the bass relieves the pressure.. or is it that cow tipping is a myth but bass shocking isnt? =@

    :lol::lol::lol: very true. alot of land but not alot of people lol. not many farms here though ha just cold, and old mines lol. id rather be around more people cuz ya can only find a hand full of peopl that get into sounds. around there. not many here either though, its why i hit the net for chattin about it all.

    lol do i atleast win 2 pats on the back for seein it this time lol. i got my daghters here this weekend givin me 6 kids total while my girl is workin lol. i tried to get em to help but sorry to say spongebob seemed to be their choice over helpin daddy out haha. oh well good times and congrats to the winner for sure..... wanna babysit next weekend? :rofl:

    hell yeah. we just was startin to warm up and the snow was meltin up pretty good... but then it dumped on us agian lol. oh well huh, but yeah i was born n raised in the cities, st.paul. just hit WI to work but that wasnt long term. wont ever go there again, just way too small of a place. haha small here tooo but i have 6 kids here so this is home now. do ya know of any events goin on down that way this summer at all? i know i could look it up online but its cooler to chat with a real person about it.

    lol man i only have one 12 mtx 7500 and 500 watts rms and my whole car rattles. i cant stand it cuz i can hear it inside because it rattles inside too. 6x9s start popin(factory on head unit power) when its up to lol. it just got hooked up temp cuz where i live its winter haha and im over it. ill have to start thinkin sound deadner soon... but yeah i just would like to hear if sealin it does sound louder and better too. i got a 98 bonniville with the armrest that passe through the middle of the back seat

    ... and pickin the tank up yourself saves cash cuz shops will charge retail price, so they get a few more bucks outta customers. sorry if this info isnt liked by any shop owners but it is a fact and not alot of people know that til after they paid their bill. i find it to be some what dishonest though and i cant roll that way. but like i said before replacing it will gurantee 100% the leak to stop, where as repairing wont. thats my story and im stickin to it :8)

    thats true there lol. well if cash aint a prob but time is maybe just call around a few good shops and get a estimate on it( ya can always save a few bucks picking up the tank from a parts store yourself) and tell em its a time thing. ive done my share of all kinds of GM gas tanks especiallly where i live, but if its not really rusty(bolts and whatnot) it shouldnt be a prob with gettin it done within a day. by the looks of it id be more than happy to help ya....if there wasnt such a gap between locations lol. i have only been so lucky in my career to get the good rusty ones. :drinks:

    hello im looking for a very small and goofy piece. its the metal mount you screw to the under side of your dash( or where ever else) for the bass control for a lightning audio amp(B4.250.2) if anybody happen to have one layin around and no prob parting with please PM me. the amp is in a friends car and she was asking me if i might be able to find it for her. thank you for your time.

    i dont know i been watchin evens since day one on TUF and he is a scraper, well not really scrapper but man that dude can fight. i meen id have to bet on evens cuz rampage hasnt finished alot of fights latle, they go to desicion. i wanna see a finish between evens and jackson. it WILL be a good one for sure cuz the both got knock out power and heads made of stone lol. cant wait to see the rematch between Mir and lesnar too. hope Mir gets his knee right soon. im one to root for the smaller of the two, just for the reason of me never bein a big guy so smaller is my people lol :ph34r::wacko::clapping::aggressive:

    i guess i should give a lil more info on what im lookin for. port- i want a slot port but how wide\long for best sound. RE enclosure calculator says with a box with measurements of W-35xD1-11,D2-11xH-15 square port 1.5" wide,port length 1 is 8.75,port length 2 5" will be box volume of 2.284 and tuning of a lil over 34. does anybody think this idea would work. just tryin to make things fit. thanks for your time reading this
