dammit I need to meet some of you bassheads in the area and get my knowledge up lol.....I feel like such a ronery basshead over here on the outskirts of Lexington.....

is there any sort of 15000 model line or anything? I know I saw 15000 printed on the casing, and it was definitely more than 3000 watts because I've sat in 3000 watts before and it wasnt anything near this! And as long as I've known MECA comps, they've always been accurate on the cailbration of their mics....there's no rumors floating around here that I've heard that they cheat the mics or anything like that....

I missed it last year, and I always find out about them too late, but tonight I finally went to another one to spectate, and sat in something hitting over a 150 (never been able to sit in something like this before).....he was running 8 15" MA Audios (not sure what model) and had a SAZ15000 and not sure what the amp running his mids/highs was. Since it was my first experience, I didnt want to bother with a camera taking my own reaction, but an easy way to re-enact my reaction is to go watch a porno and everything the guy experienced at climax is what I experienced x10 sitting in the passenger seat. lol here's two vids I did make of it from outside the van..... now I KINDA have an idea what sitting in Assman's or Meade's trucks would feel like....

yeah, there's plenty of alt parts out there for both, that's what I like about them. My other rides didnt, or only had room for a single alt....the only thing I have against the 4.3, is that I really cant tow anything with it. The Tahoe has a hidden hitch and the suspension was built to support it. But on the other hand, as of right now, I have nothing to tow, I was just thinking it'd be cool to tow my club-mates trucks to shows with it....and also the Rado has a bed, for when I move.

here's another offer I just got, but I'll have to travel a bit for it..... 95 Yukon, bagged, on 20s, pushing a tad over 4000 watts. Waiting on 3/4 shots, but these are the pics I got so far.... the only downside to this one is that he's near Miami, and I'm in KY, so we'll have to meet in the upper part of GA, and I'll have to rent a truck and trailer to bring it to him. idk, what do you all think? This or the Rado I already posted which is 15 min. from my house? lol

okay, I agree. Here's the only two things in my way in my mind..... A) that paint job isnt nearly as good as it looks. It's peeling, the clear wasnt shot evenly, he used a fuckin SOS pad to wetsand it lol its not bagged, and I'm in a club where you gotta be bagged/juiced or lifted, otherwise you sport a prospect sticker for a year, and if you still dont have it bagged after a year, you're out. Thoughts? Also, how much is a DC LVL 5 going for? Arent they brand new? Sorry, I havent been on here in a while, so I havent kept up on product lol.

There's a guy here locally that wants to trade me his lowered 06 Silverado ext. cab with 30K miles. I know his truck well. Used to be in the same club. It's only got the 4.3 in it, and a terribly done custom paint job, but its an 06 with 30K miles, so if I get in a money bind, I can borrow against it. Anyway.... heres my question.... he's also throwing in a list of crappy audio equipment, and a Kicker ZX1500 that I sold him a long time ago, AND he's willing to buy a pair of BRAND NEW 15" L7s, so now I got to thinking, if he's willing to order $550 worth of subbage, what better sub should I ask for instead? And I was also thinking maybe a combination of that and him keeping the other crappy audio equipment (maybe $200 worth) and buying a component set for my doors or something. Anyway, what do you all think I should ask for that's equal value to the L7s but maybe better quality or louder? Gimme some ideas of what to ask from this cat!

That's what I was thinking too. I just had no way to reference, and got tired after looking at every sub on 5 sites. That looks like it. It is indeed a heavy motherfucker. Like, the weight of an MTX 9500.

anybody recognize this sub? Got it from my friend, wants me to install it in his ride. Trying to find information on it, but there's nothing on the sub that specifies what brand it is.

what editting software did you use? Final Cut Pro?
