This. I still need to figure the tuning of the prefeb sitting in my garage, 2.7^3' for a single 12", should be tuned ~38hz but who knows. I'll still only build my own boxes now.

Hey there guys. Is it a good idea to buy the subwoofers + amp before you even have the car. I have an idea of what car I'm going to get, and I'm 90% sure I'll get it. But eitherway, I'm still going to use the same subs + amp no matter what car I get unless it's going to be a SUV which I highly doubt. I want to order 2 Sundown Audio SA-12's D4 with an AQ1200D. Can I just purchase it, or should I just wait?

Relax. Itll get straightened out if you did what you say you did. The issue with jumping on you right away is that if you were scamming and the package arrives its not easy to get it back. If contact can be made immediately or the shipping stopped it can be straightened out or save the shipper some headache. Now if everything works out I have a spare bass knob in the basement I think. I'll double check but you can have it for shipping cost .

carb's fouled. incorrectly set idler screw. vacum leak. timing chains in a ohv can't really "jump" timing, unless he fucked up installing it
