I am going to assume it was the gravel on the road that made you dump your bike? I almost did that yesterday on my new bike, might wait a little longer until they sweep all this gravel off the roads. Fucking stupid alaska winters.No worries, I never wear a helmet. And gear would only has made sure I didn't get these 2nd degree burn abrasions, lol. I'm not saying anyone should ride without but this my first accident in 13 years of riding. Stupid? Yeah, I won't argue with any of you.
And believe it or not, bike is still in great condition. Only real damage was completely scratched on driver's side and the clutch lever ripped off. My brother took it home in 1st gear and I went to the ER.

It depends on how fast and how many cars they have, a fully loaded train coal or freight is about 1.5 miles long going around 55 mph would take longer then a mile to stop. I know this because I have work for the railroad for over 4 year, you understand how insane a train is when you stand less then 3 feet away from one fully loaded going 65 mph+ it has so much momentum it's mind blowing. Train crews also avoid going into emergency stops because when they do it locks up all the axles and causes rail burn which cause crews to replace the rail and when a train is over 1 mile Iong that's a lot of rail and costs a shit ton of labor and money to replace the rail.the train could have stopped instead of horning...i dont know..at least slow the fuck down...he was like racing that train
ALSO hate people who do not call for help right away...but they just stay there and argue about that..

I get this shit all the time, being 21 with a nice truck, toys and your own house people always assume it's my parents that bought it for me. Kind of annoying.It's pretty pussy to shit talk someone's system simply because they have a better vehicle than you, tow mirrors out or not.

And I worked my ass off and got my.own home, as in single family house on a lot, and bought toys left and right...and I would always hear "mommy" or "daddy" this. You don't know that. She actually said half a mile, so it would be slower then 22 haha. If she was going 57 and it was only half a mile it would take about 30-45 seconds to get to her turn. Either way story doesn't add up.On another forum they did the math on it she said she was turning like a 1 and a half miles up but it took her three minutes. We have a sales tax in every town but anchorage it's weird. 3% if I am not mistaken.

Doesn't alaska have no state income or state-wide sales tax though? Here the state income is cumulative depending on bracket position, and we have our lovely 9.00% sales tax.
