There are other companies out there that are better quality and cost the same or less than SS amps do... What size amp is he looking for and what is his budget??
Well i just bought 2 nightshades and until i build a box that can fit 2 I was going to let him use one so about 1500 rms which I know is a lot for a budget but hes using it for free so hes not complaining lol

Ugghhh!!! Why do people do this. Probably not. Just save the money for a quality, trusted amp.
I am doing this because my cousin was going to buy one and he makes like nothing so he is on a super short budget

The speaker outputs on a monoblock are internally paralleled. It's a mono (one channel) amp.
Wiring 1 1 ohm coil to each output will give you 0.5 ohms final load. And a broken amplifier.

Since the t1500-1 bd has the 2 speaker outputs could i wire a dual 1 ohm nightshade with 1 voicecoil to each speaker output?

Either an amp thats 1500 rms at 2 ohm or one thats like 3000 rms at 1 ohm.
only have about $400 to spend right now.

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say is was an install issue, which is the case with prolli 99.9% of blown woofers.
It could of been my fault, probably was but it left a bad taste in my mouth lol
and on that amp I would say SSD but it all comes down too its your choice if you want the cvx and you think you will be happy with it then get the cvx
Edit: And i bought and amp from audiosavings and they shipped it in just a regular box but I also bought a sub and it was in original box so it was probably just a mistake.

audiosavings? They are pretty easy to work with, and they are really good on their warranty, except sometimes they do send you item in a different box

the fs on a basic model ssd is around 26hz so yes it should get plenty low depending on your enclosure and install ofcourseso nobody answered STOCK SSD with copper coil vs Kicker CVX?? still worth it for lows? also, please do explain to me the dB of a subwoofer...
Yes he did. I'd take the ssd over the cvx, not a fan of kicker myself. had some and blew after about a week.
where are you getting a 15 cvx for $200 anyway

Bought 2 Nightshade subs from him and they feel brand new. Great seller and would definitely do business again. btw the packaging was great and my family thought it was great that he reenforced it.
