I have a blown or at least to me its a blown BXI 1606D i want to sell it cause im just gonna start over with a system. Im thinking 120 shipped. Alright so just try the wiring first then if problems continue go up to a battery? Id buy an alternator and battery but yeah im a teenage kid buying all this myself so yeah kinda tough haha

Alright well i wont be getting a yellow top for a lil bit so yeah. Im sure my stock battery will being getting hit hard. Do you happen know how bad the voltage drops could be? My buddy is running an 18" FI SSD with a Crunch 1600.1 and he says his drop is like 10.7 volts or something with a red top battery just that tho.

I purchased a Hifonics 1606D for my car its a 97 Ford Escort. has a stock alternator and battery basically. I want to know if i can just upgrade to get a yellow top for just the sub and amp then later on upgrade the alternator. Also how much will these voltage drops harm my battery, sub, and amp? Anyway i can try and avoid it for now so i can save up to buy a new alternator and all that?

Im using some tint from Auto Zone some 15 dollar tint. Im not sure what its called cause yeah im a noob at this haha.

Yeah i tried not using a heat gun and all that stuff and dear god so many bubbles and stuff. I just wanna do it myself i mean professional tint is good but i dont got that much ash.

Yeah. Well i just want something that'll put out a good clean signal at 2 ohms with about 1200 or 1500 watts for my sub. Money is tight so ive been going through all sorts of thoughts of amps to buy. Id love to get a Rockford BD1500 but yeah idk if steve will still have one for when i get the money. Just looking for other options

Anyone running an SPL amp? Im wondering since they are pretty cheap and say they can put out a lot but that could be to good to be true. If your running one or know if there decent or well overrated let me know please. Joe
