  1. I'm not even going to have a rear channel. Just the sub, mids, and tweets. So I'm assuming I should shell out the dough for the .2 (if I can find a used one)
  2. Also, what is the difference between the .1 and the .2?
  3. I might just try to pick up a 360.2. It will have no issues managing all 4 of my amps, right? 2x saz 1500's for the sub, a DC 175.4 for mids, and an mb quart 60.4 for the tweets. Also would I remove the remote gain knob from the master 1500 and use the 360.2 knob for adjustments instead. And I don't gave access to a palm device. Will this be an issue?
  4. Okay, so I have a DC 175.4... I need the amp to only play from 80hz to 4000hz.(pa speakers) The amp has a built in bandpass feature, but it only goes up to 300hz, so that won't work. My HU does not have band passing options (x920 bt) I have no room in my dash for any half din or din units, so it needs to be a trunk mountable unit. And I don't want to spend a fortune... I have asked this question to at least 10 people, in multiple threads, and no one wants to give me an answer... Please help me out.
  5. Getting I direct recommendation is impossible... I know 5 diff websites off the top of my head, lol. I have never Ran a 3 way set up... Idk what I need.
  6. Can you recommend one? I'm having a hard time finding one that let's me bandpass the mids... Preferably under 100 bucks.
  7. Looking for someone online who can sell me 4 neo-pro 10's. PM me
  8. What's the mounting depth and the overall diameter of the 10? Might do 2 in each front door
  9. happy b-day! Thanks man, my liver hates me today, haha. Can someone Recomend a decent crossover for me? I need to be able to bandpass the mids on the 175.4 and highpass the tweets on my MB quart tweet amp.
  10. I'm going to be running 8 selenium mids off of my 175.4... I need them to play from 80hz-3000hz Is the bandpass feature on the amp capable of this on it's own, or will I need some other piece of equipment to get these results?
  11. I bought a brand new DC 175.4 from him a few months back. It was a local pick-up deal but based on how he treated the transaction i wouldn't hesitate to do business with him again. He was even cool enough to bring his Trailblazer out of the garage and show it to me. Overall, a good guy!
  12. Regardless of what cutoff I need, I don't know what to buy, haha. The Mids off the 175.4 need bandpassed and the tweets off the other amp just need the highpass on the amp adjusted. What product do I need to bandpassed them?
  13. Can someone link me to a website where I can buy a filter module with a cutoff around 7000hz? I can't find any..
  14. I dont think you can bridge the DC amp... http://www.dcsoundlab.com/amps.html And i was gonna pik up a Sundown 125.2 for the tweets, but the MB quart may be more bang for the buck?
  15. Money and space are an issue... I would get eight 6w4p's and two 8w4p's.... But my amp for my mids is a DC 175.4 so im not really positive what my best options would be Suggestions?
  16. Well then... what are some competitively priced ~6" mid-range speakers that are 4ohm? each pair of speakers must be able to handle 250 watts I need 8 speakers total...
  17. I just could have SWORN that when i originally looked at them they were 4ohms, i feel like im going crazy...
  18. It seems that no matter where i look now i cant find a 4ohm version...
  19. What is the ohm load on these speakers? When i was looking to buy them before i could have SWORN they were 4ohms, but now looking at parts-express they are marketed at 8ohms... Which one is it? lol. http://www.parts-express.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&Partnumber=264-422&scqty=8
  20. I would like to know what swayed you away from the SA 15's. Those are what I was going to suggest.
  21. Its Knu wire. Also have Monster 400 series in there.. which is such a pain in the ass because it doesnt flex at all.. The Knu wire i bought from someone on this forum, so im wondering if its bad. Hmm, I never heard of Knu LOL but if you know forsure you didn't do nothing else, that could be it! Why don't you hook up the original wire you had before to see if that makes the sound better. No no no no no.... Knu wire is thick as shit and a well respected brand at a good price. Just based on what you have told us, your videos, and all the information that as been posted, I think it's your amp. There is Kno (see what I did there, lol) way in hell that it's the Knukoncepts wire you have that is causing your problem, lol.
  22. Filter Module. Basically a capacitor to take out the higher unwanted frequencies when you don't have an amp that is capable of bandpassing Thanks man, I appreciate it!
  23. Can someone please explain what an FMOD is for me? Thanks!
  24. Try pouring water down the 4 drain holes, 1 at a time. Make sure ALL the water comes out of the drain holes underneath the car. I thought mine were all fine, but I was wrong. There was a small piece of plastic in one of the drain lines that was letting some of the water through but not all of it. That caused the water to back up into the sunroof mechanism and drain down along the side walls... It was messy...
