I'm personally using the Audiopipe Ap1500. I like it so far.

For a cheap amp go with audiopipe. Better than hifonics IMO and does rated. Unless you can get an older hifonics when they used to be good.

I'd do 1 big box with port in the middle. I just don't like seperate chambers. And a ton of bracing. Double baffle etc

It might make a difference. Most people with suv's say they get much louder sub up port back

I can't really help you on port since I never messed with Kicker L7's before. Rule of thumb is 12-16" of port per cubic feet. So if you put each in a 5 cu ft box you would need 60-80 sq in. Tuning I'd say go at 32-35hz to get low and loud.

I would do subs up port back.
