yup sounds like a bad ground or you could have a spliced a speaker wire somewhere and its grounding out

What do you want to know?
If you didn't know what it does why did you buy one? lol
im running a pair of DDa 6.5's and DDaT tweeters off an Arc 4100 (100x4) and im unsure how to bi amp each pair
Do you want to run active?
It's late but I'm trying my best to understand. lol
Yes thats is why i got the X1 because its an active crossover as well as a linedriver for my sub amp im lacking SEVERELY in space in my truck
Oh ok.
Well do you fully understand what Active is?
yeah i know what it all is and how it compares to pasive i just dont know how to set this particular unit up
I would assume hook tweeters up to a pair of channels and use the appropriate outputs on the x1 food them hooked to the correct inputs on the amp. The do the same for the mids.
Ahh see its getting late for me but that makes sense im retarded my truck looks so gay on the stock rims right now

Hey guys i just got the DD X1 crossover and im unsure how this thing works lol. im a noob when it comes to mids n highs anyone had any experience with this thing?
-
and if your amp is in your sig, youre not even going to be seeing 2500 watts. just saying.
x2 they make mabyee 16-1700 at 12v if even that. So if you plan on keeping that same ammount of power. then id do it 4.5-5 cubes with 14^2 of port per cube, tuned to 30 hz (if you like the slowed shit) and suv's usually bring up the peak from the tuning a good bit so that should be fine. sub up port back of course
-
haha i kno right good stuff
-
Might want to edit that title
HAHAHAHAHA thanks for the quick save major typo
-
idk why its addicting

Nice truck I say leave it how it is too
thanks man, the only think ive went ahead and changed is the toolbox and yes it looks alot better
-
dude that truck looks MEAN
lol thanks man! thats the look i was going for
you should take off all the badges to... i hate decals of any kind and it makes the truck look much cleaner...
i wish i could man but theres pins that hold them in so i would have to take them off. bondo the holes in and repaint the whole pannel

edit: he ninjad me to the Fix

yeah, definatley dont get shallow mounts. fullsize because you have the space.

Yeah i didn't like the rims when i first say them off the car, But there are a lot of rims that i don't like un-installed. Installed they look a ton better than i thought, matches really well and doesn't look over done or out of place at all, real clean lookin. Good Job man
