are smds able to be reconed? i bet all that power has made their suspensions pretty loose... whatever the new plans are im tuned in
I doubt the Suspension is loose, He doesn't play it full tilt for super long periods of time (at least i don't think) And his box and port were small therefore causing even less stress to the suspension. Heel be fine.
On a side note a 4th order would almost have to be at the b pillar and he already said that he wanted to see out of all the windows so that rules that out.

I was wondering. I've been lookin at a lot of truck builds. And blow through's is what I want. Sometime in the future. Are they considered 4th orders. Or what are they called
It depends on how the enclosure is built. Ones with a sealed chamber with the woofers firing into another chamber that vents into the cabin is a bandpass. Some are ported. Some even have been done as a 6th order which is 2 ported chambers. Your options are pretty big with a blow through. How do you want it to sound?

Sounds like you have a fouled out MAF or a bad TPS. It also could be the fuel filter if you've never changed it and you have over 100k miles then id go ahead and do that. Do any check engine lights come on?

whats the specs on these? looking for a new battery up front in my truck.

Ah I love mashups! Never heard of Milkman before but they sound pretty good. DJ Earworm is my favorite. He fits songs together so well. I'd love to go see him DJ somewhere.
Its ok dont really like how theres SO many songs going to gether its way to much to keep up with. and dosent even give you enough time to really grasp what song is being played.

Sorry, not feeling any of them. Nicest way I could say it...lol

Hey guys I've got a bunch of stuff sitting around in my closet that i really need to get rid of before SBN so i can finish my system. Im posting this up to see if anyone would be interested in buying it before i wasted the time of making a for sale thread.
Heres the list
RF: T8002 (
a pair of DDw 6.5
DD x1 crossover (very rare and impossible to get in the U.S. not to mention i have the first one released)
Pair of DDa Tweeters
pair of DDC 6.5's
2 pair of DDcS 6.5's (slim line version of the DDC's) (
This is NOT a for sale thread the only reason i posted this is to see if my pricing was fair and if they actually would sell quick. I will not accept any Transactions Prior to me setting up a formal For Sale thread with proper Documentation and pictures of all of the equipment.

sold a stinger SPV70 good transaction.

No you are fine with the fuse, It just depends on how much power you are going to be drawing with your amps. Like me personally, I left the factory connection in place.. completely untouched. and added an ADDITIONAL alt charge wire with my own in-line anl fuse. If you are confident in the conductivity/gauge of the stock fusing, then you're fine. but I personally added my own as opposed to replacing stock. In fact i did that with all of the big 3. I added additional runs without touching the stock ones.
So did u decide which way to wire your battery?
it dosent matter how much his amp is drawing the alternator wont put out more than 115-120 amps if its stock, and ive ran many amps that draw "150" amps on 60 amp fuses (yes for meca) but i beat on them for about 2 hours and they never blew, they got discolored and purple but didnt die

mix a pretty hot batch of bondo (don't overdo it) slather it on fairly thick where ever you see a dip or raised area on the box. Wait until its dry enough to where its very hard to chip with your finger. Grab some 200 grit and a DA sander and get it somewhat level. then hit it with 300 then 400 and it should be good to go. Dont use resin its WAY more dificult to shape and sand.

My jaw just dropped

It was probably dropped. Magnet shifted and was keeping it from moving freely. His hammering probably just temporarily realigned it. Tell your friend he's a dumb fuck and kick him in the dick.
X2 sounds like a shifted pole piece, if your friend wants it fixed the only person ive heard being able to repair that is dave at psi
-
so your planning on blocking off one side of your enclosure?
-
trade on indash for it?
Pm me details
-
Oh and i Thought id add that most of the blemishes you see on the battery wipe off with a rag. The only ones i see that wont come off easily are a few drips of resin that are on the side of the metal case. The battery was sitting under the Workbench at the shop so thats why its so dirty. i can clean it up and take pics if needed
