  1. go peep out some Pro Compe Xtreme mud terrains! for the dough, they own all those tires...

there ok ive got a friend thats running them. they dont like mud though the tread gets clogged up pretty bad. not to bad on the rocks though. i ended up getting the duratracs talked the guy down to around 700$ for the set and they will last and do pretty well offroad. when i get to doing my solid axle swap then i may look into some more aggressive ones :)

  2. i like them and they look pretty bad ass, if you wanna stick with good year the Good year MTR's are pretty nice too..

Either that or if you wanna go for broke some Nittos Mud Grapplers, my friend at work has them in a 38 on his Ford f-150

    EDIT: Discount Tire FTW

i love how both of those tires look but they are so noisy on the road that it would be somehwat impratical to commute to school and work everyday. the mtr's look the bost of those 2 imo. check out the new nitto trail grappler even better than the mud grappler :)

  3. ive been looking into theese tires to replace my old bfg all terrains. i personally think they looks pretty cool

http://www.off-roadweb.com/tech/0909or_goodyear_wrangler_duratrac_off_road_tire/photo_02.html go through a few pick in that album and tell me what you think. the size im getting will be a 33x12.50

    thanks in ad advance

  4. heres some good options

    dc power 270xp

    iraggi 260a

    mechman 270a

i WOULD NOT run that amp on stock eletrical. way to expensive to basically ask to mess something up.

but as far a subs go you could do 2 HDC3 18's and if you wanna go the dc route id do a lvl4 xl rather than a lvl5. the ateam has mentioned many times on how you need 6+k in power for the lvl5 to get louder than the XL

  5. Yeah there's really no great spots to put them I've noticed. I was gonna put mine in the A-Pillars but I like your idea. :)

yea hyst make sure you are patient with cutting the holes i messed up on the one on the drivers side a little bit and it has a few scratches around it but the passenger side lookds good :)

Nice vid bro! :good: <-- Even though that smiley doesn't work anymore

    haha thanks man :)

  7. ive heard really good things about them aucually i cant remember where but ive seen a blow through build using one somehwere around here. i pounded none the less. but as far as the electrical goes how many amps is that alt and how many batts total

  8. it does stress the alternator, as the internal workings of the unit were not made to handle that kind of load over periods of time.

call me a dick for saying it, but after warnings form an alternator manu about why its not good to do and you still doing it...id probably laugh at the car catching fire because "it works just fine"

hahaha. your hilarious man. but yea i care more about my car all together then have a "little" more power until i get a real alt. plus if you have alot of batteries it stresses the alt even more i see flames in the future

  9. robbie, i did plenty of testing on the bench alt, and it worked fine, so i moved it to the car and it looks as tho its working fine running at 15.19v

    pics time

should hold me over till i get down to you at the end of march robbie

pretty interesting but wouldent this put shit loads of stress on your alt
