woot i know the problem, your box is way too big causing over excursion and destroying your subs,

thats very interesting i have never seen that happen to one of our subs, that surround is highly reinforced and somehow that was torn through as well. is there anything floating around in your trunk or an angry ex girlfriend maybe lol

I call every shop suggested and send out information, many shops arent open to new brands so unless it is requested all the time its hard to get the shop to pick up a new brand

square inches per cube will be fine, your net volume will depend on the power being ran

About 80% of dc parts come from the U.s. If I remember correct and everything is hand built except the 8

Ok I will do my best to explain this, upgrading coils spiders cones things like that will not drastically increase power handling however it does increase the thermal handling the benefit being you can now beat the ahit out of your subs for longer without worries....if you want to increase mechanical power handling this can be done by shrinking down your enclosure a smaller enclosure decreases the back pressure helping to keep the sub within its mechanical limits benefits of our ar cone it is a stronger lighter cone that allows for more travel there are kevlar fibers impregnated into the cone itself to make it a lot stronger while decreasing weight then we added a high roll surround that is over twice the thickness of our stock surround give me a call during business hours if you have any other questions 8557753299
