doesnt sound like electrical..Id check your wires for any shorts. Is the amp mounted to your sub box?

wiring, electrical, heat, there are lots of things. I wouldnt open it cause it might void your warrenty.

That site is terrible and they are very unprofessional. They will charge you for products they do not have in stock, never send products, and never respond to emails or phone calls. yea, their prices are cheap and show up first on google shopping, but this is why... Before they were dealer cost audio, they had a different website name. It was shut down because of these issues. I had a 45 min phone conversation with a guy at thunder audio about them. Not legit. read some reviews b4 you buy 2500$ off a website.
