Cool. Thanks guys. Pretty much wanted to be sure before doing anything. Oh and everything is working. It's pretty much just the sound that's going in and out. Will get a siren today and let my results be known. Apparently I have to order it since both autozon. And pep boys don't sell them. Don't really know where else would sell them.

as of right now, i'm hoping that there are some general reasons (as in you don't need to know the specific brand), because it'd just be easier lol. anyway, i recently realized that when i push the lock or unlock button on my remote, i didn't hear the *beep* or *beep, beep*. i realized that there could be water getting into the siren, so i repositioned it so that it could dry out and hopefully work. so it, out of no where, began to work again but it was low. i rewired it. still low. i figured, maybe this siren just sucks. then i hit the car to make the alarm go off, just to see how it would sound, and it was low, then it cut off. the lights were still flashing, but there was no sound. then maybe 5 seconds after it stopped, it made a little squeak noise. now its back to not working. could this be the siren or my whole alarm system?? thanks

i realized my valve cover gasket was leaking so i decided i was gonna fix it today. i looked around the valve cover and realized that there weren't any screws to take off to loosen up the valve cover so i was wondering if there was anyone out there who knows what it is that i have to do to change my gasket. its a 97 toyota camry with the baby engine lol (2.2L/4cyl.) the only thing that looks like it can possible help are these bolts that ARE the spark plug hole... thanks in advance!

yea i did it wit the car on and i did check the wires that were on the terminals of the amp

last night im driving listening to music and as soon as i park, it cuts off...i didnt do it... i waited til this mornin to check everything and realized that the battery is at 14.5, the power wire at the fuse is 14.5, the other side of the fuse is 14.5, i put a hole in the wire under the hood with a pin and THAT was even 14.5. so y is the power on my amp 8.9? neither one of my amps r coming on... help please! this is frustrating me and i have to take this long ass ride to work with no music! thanks

wat the title says is exactly wat i wanna do...the only problem is, the setups ive seen have been, for lack of a better term, WHACK! they have their filter facin the battery and it looks like it doesnt suck...(its like a chic wit her mouth wired shut ) i was curious as to if n e 1 knows a good way to fix it up so that it sucks up good air... and also, is it bad to put it behind the fans?
