  1. Just bought a Power 400-2. That should be perfect for these 8's. Still need to sell this brand new 500 though.
  2. I was gonna use that amp because I already have it. If I can sell it quickly, i'll get a 2-channel. And here: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/75975-2010-mustang-3-15s-7500-watts/
  3. It'll be in my build log. Gotta figure out how to get them in my doors. On a RF T500-1 btw.
  4. Just ordered a set, we'll see how good they are. Then set my amps lpf to 200.
  5. Think these would work? http://www.crutchfield.com/p_069900075/F-MODS-70-Hz-high-pass.html?tp=117
  6. I thought about that. Is there such a thing as just a lpf speaker filter? I did find a bandpass x-over, but it's made by Boss.
  7. I agree, too. Now i'm having trouble finding a crossover that has a bandpass setting. Can't afford a 360 right now. And thanks for the amp model.
  8. Thanks man, I just found that on the12volt.com, If I use a mono amp with the lpf set at 200, will it sound ok? Or will the midbass make the lows sound like shit. I'm running three 15's, so I might not even hear the sub-65hz stuff from the 8's.
  9. Anyone recall what amp Meade used for his eights?
  10. I'm planning to use two RF P82's for midbass. If I set my 2-channels' filter to full, does that mean I can adjust both the high and low cutoff frequencies? Where should I set the Hpf? I was thinking 80hz for the Lpf.
  11. Yep. Thanks man. Haha, I have gained a little, too. 14% bf to 20% in like 6 months. No more PT tests for me. Retiring soon. Dude!!! Didn't really need to know that lol. Reading that actually made my ankle stop hurting a little.
  12. I just got back from the hospital. Why? I rolled my ankle this morning running PT. Loud pop and a sharp pain shot up my leg. It a definite sprain(obviously), with a torn ligament, the one on the outside of the ankle that attaches the foot to the leg bone. Can't tell if there are any fractures yet, I have to wait until Monday for x-rays. I was about to knock out the fucking doctor squeezing and poking and asking "does this hurt?". Fucker. I'm pissed because I can't work on my wall, I can hardly make it to the bathroom from the pain. After waiting patiently for months for my subs, I finally get them and now this happens. I don't see it possible getting down the stairs carrying a 60lb sub. Life. /rant
  13. At a HS football game? Shit, get a lawyer and sue the school for your shit. People have gone to court on less.
  14. And you're on SMD bs'ing.
  15. Go home and get picks. You can ask a classmate for test notes.
  16. I wish, its 945pm here. For sure tomorrow night. Well, for most of you midday/afternoon.
  17. My build log is here; http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/75975-2010-mustang-3-15s-7500-watts/ Just got to get my Mechman 270XP. And Maybe more batteries here and there. The wall just needs some trim panels to completely seal it off, should have got that done, but it will happen. Got the wood cut, just have to trim/fit the trim-pieces. Oh yes, they do! Thanks. I probably won't sleep tonight, waiting to get on this in the morning.
  18. Its about to be 8 at night here guys.
  19. Lol, naw man, I got a ceiling light, just the angle of the lighting. They're all identical.
  20. The shop here is open from 2-9 tomorrow. I'll be there until it's playing.
  21. Damn, way to think outside the box. That scenario makes VERY necessary, I would say. Yeah, especially in a wreck. Thanks guys.
  22. On my runs of 1/0 from front battery to the rear bank, have a 300 amp fuse 6 inches from the front one. There is absolutely no place, how I ran it, that the wire comes near any bolts, screws, sharp corners, or any other place it could short. Is it still necessary to put a 2nd fuse before the rear battery bank?
  23. Need this for my friends build. To match a Prime R300-4.
